Still on the fence with Neurogum. I've had it for about a week. Chewing a couple of pieces in the afternoon instead of drinking coffee. I'm just chewing it like gum not keeping it between my cheek and gum (which I'm not sure if that's what you're supposed to do).
I'd say the flavor is fine. I also *think* I'm feeling less caffeine cravings in terms of feeling less energy drag... but can't say that I feel any change in mental clarity or anything that feels like a BOOST in energy.
I'm wondering if I should be chewing more at once or more often?
I'm going to keep using it but honestly not feeling the mental clarity, energy or other effects I was hoping for.

For the best experience, simply chew like regular gum. There's no need to hold it in your cheek. However, we recommend chewing for about 5–10 minutes to help the ingredients absorb effectively.
In terms of effects, everyone’s sensitivity to caffeine and nootropics can vary. Some people notice a boost right away, while for others it’s more subtle and builds over time. You might experiment with taking 2 pieces at once, especially if you’re used to higher amounts of caffeine, and see how that feels.

Second time ordered
First time I ordered, the delivery went well. Second time I ordered (bigger order), they did not deliver. After 3 emails, I got an answer. In my account the package was still on it’s way, but customer support told me, it was delivered……. Sounds sketchy to me… Gum works great, delivery and customer support is very bad!!!

This gum is one of the worst things I've never tasted. I can't describe how bad it tastes. I've taken it for the past few days and honestly I prefer just drinking a coffee, it’s an interesting product and maybe for others but if you have sensitive taste buds probably not for you. I wish it had been better but it’s really awful to taste and try. Had a friend try it as well with me and they agreed it was impossible to chew for more than 2-3 minutes.

I was skeptical at first after reading all the negative reviews but decided to give it a try. I liked the taste and it lasted for quite a long time. And the effect! I’ve been a neuro gum chewer for a while, even before they really blew up over TikTok! It’s a great alternative for a nice caffeine jolt without the need for a large cup of coffee and the accompanying bathroom break or the crash after. I love that the gum can just sit on my desk whenever I need a bit of energy. Now that they’ve expanded to sleep and other flavors, I always carry a few packs in my travel bag just in case of emergencies - for energy and to combat jet lag sleep!
