I would highly recommend NWA

The teachers at NWA are very professional. Not only do they teach my children a discipline they deliver it with the understanding of respect for those around you. There is a family/community feel at the club, and I feel confident that my children are in safe hands.

Supportive, friendly, and skilled coaches

New Wave is by far the best gym I've ever trained at. The coaches are extremely skilled, all ego is left at the door, and the quality of training for all levels is top-tier.

Regardless of your experience, this is the place to level up your skills and be pushed in the right direction.

You won't look back!

Colin, Christian and the rest of the coaches made my daughters and i feel welcome from the very beginning. This gym caters to a variety of people, from the martial art hobbyist and fitness seeker to the pro fighter/athlete. Their kids classes are engaging, fun, boundaried and full of praise.
The training is of a high standard, with the staff always ensuring they work professionally and constructively to help you reach your goal. The club pride themselves on their team spirit and family values. This is reflected in the support, drive and encouragement the gym users give one another on a daily basis.
The gym itself is always clean and tidy.
If you're looking for a diverse, fun, professional environment, with qualified instructors, this is the place for you

My daughter has been attending for two years and it’s been amazing. Attending classes is an important part of her physical and mental well-being. The coaches are professional, friendly and fun - the children respect them and benefit a lot from the classes.
