Absolute bunch of robbers I purchased a tv from ao on a black Friday deal turned out to be the worst purchase I’ve ever made on a 2 year repayment these robbers have upped the interest repayment to 49 percent this is disgraceful and was not made clear at the beginning that they could do this as if anyone would purchase anything knowing the repayment would be increased halfway through the repayment to that scandalous amount lesson learned I will never purchase an item that has got anything to do with this outfit again new day are the finance company ao use I’ve called them back as asked and still they do nothing why ask to call the number on the response of you are gonna do nothing they are still charging 49 percent apr and are now under investigation by the ombudsman for the second time rip off merchants

charge back failed becuase they sabotaged the charge back having so much evidence and no evidence from the merchant they went along with the merchant anyway.
you are not protected from this credit card at all. they don't protect you.
i will be doing a SECTION 75 CLAIM £204.92.
Sabotaged charge backs not done properly even through evidence shows nothing was delivered.

THEY REJECTED MY SECTION 75 TAKING IT TO SMAL CLAIMS COURT. CLAIM BACK MORE MONEY PLUS FEES AND COMPANSATION AND THE MONEY THEY SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME BACK
I would like to say a huge thank you to Naheed from Newday who managed to sort out the problem of getting the refund from a cancelled holiday paid onto my card in less than 30 minutes, when I had spent the most part of the previous afternoon being bounced from the holiday company who had refunded onto an expired card and Pulse who said they were unable to assist. The money was showing as available on my card on Saturday the day after I spoke to Naheed which was brilliant as I was expecting a delay and I received an email from the NewDay Disputes Team today to say the dispute had now been closed.

It’s one of the best cards going I love the App and layout on it and the Aqua coach they have to help you if you would like it and I live the way your limit isn’t increased unless you say yes or no so you’re in control of it at all times and if you was to have a problem there polite and friendly to help you at all times no matter what it is im glad I was accepted with them they help me a lot
