Where to begin. Ordered specs months ago. Opted for the lightest mildest tint and variofocols. First I had to chase As did not hear from them. Then they said they couldn't find my glasses I posted them. Had to pay to ship them whereas other companies offer prepaid shipping. Their address is a PO Box so postal services like Hermes wont deliver recorded to a PO box. When they found it they worked on it. Had to chase again then they arrived. mild tint turned out to be a strong yellow lenses. I mean comedy yellow like you get on lego sets for yellow glass. lenses werent correct either. So I had to send them back. Kept asking to make sure they correct both. Glasses came back with lense vision corrected but still with bright yellow. Had to send back. Took ages. After months of this I asked for a refund. They gave me refund and sent me back glasses with no glass lense in them. Yes I now have an expensive frame with no glass in it. Went to another company and all fixed straight away and cheaper. Cant say who on this site unfortunately but this is all the truth.

I used the reglazing service and it was excellent, really fast and everything was spot on. Free glasses case too!

I used this company over a year ago, a paid of glasses from Amazon, sent them off for new lenses and was very happy.
I have some new specs from an online company I wanted to have re lenses, however it doesn’t look like I set up an account with New Lenses and couldn’t find my prescription.
I emailed the company my previous order number and within a few hours they emailed me with a full copy of my prescription, they didn’t ask me to order new lenses, they just helped me. Which is amazing. What a great service even if I wasn’t going to use them again - which I am!

I could not be more impressed with this company. Even after reading all the amazing reviews I was wary about sending my frames to be reglazed online, but in lockdown that felt like a safer option. My glasses were back within a week, the prescription is seemingly perfect, and the look of the lenses is seriously impressive. They seem very high quality. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We have recently sent off two pairs or glasses for re-lensing. We had reservations about one pair as they are quite vintage but both came back so quickly, in perfect condition with the perfect prescription.

One of the glasses was sent off with a soft case, so they even sent back in a newlenses branded hard case to protect them, at no extra cost.

I purchased the Bronze package - unfortunately after a few months lenses were scratched up and unwearable. Having purchased scratch resistant lenses prior was expecting lenses to be more durable than what I purchased from New Lenses. The lenses are definitely not scratch resistant.
I was offered a good will gesture replacement lenses, however your good will is still more expensive than other online reglazing sites.
I would also suggest that you inform customers that New Lenses scratch resistant "will never be totally resistant".

When I was worried about my PD values (because opticians usually don't put them in your prescription), they helped me!

Easy to order, quick acknowledgement of frames received and very rapid manufacture. Re-glazed frames were back within a week and were accurately manufactured to my prescription. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely amazing service! I sent glasses 2 days after Christmas and you sent them back to me with new lenses on New Year's Eve. Very pleased - just as good as the ones from the optician for less than half the price. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service, the customer service is amazing and the lens quality is superb.

I sent a frame with a simple prescription and a tint on 31/1/19. I was told it could take 7/10 days. 21 days later and lots of excuses I'm still not any closer to receiving my glasses. Today I had to inform them that I would take legal action unless things improved. This is not a company to be trusted.

Re-glazed my frame last year, good job. Decent price. Unfortunately botched up the most recent re-glaze job. It was a difficult frame to deal with. Promptly they said sorry and refunded full amount.

After 5 years glasses free due to laser eye surgery I now need glasses for a different issue. Vision Express quoted me £98 for new lenses in my old glasses. It was actually cheaper to get new glasses and frames than to use my old, perfectly fashionable, glasses. Newlenses service was excellent - the order process was straight forward and I got my glasses back in about 5 days from when I posted them. I paid just over £30 including postage. Very happy and will definitely use again as looks like they also have some very nice frames available for very low prices.

Glasses arrived very promptly packed in hard cases to protect them. Very good. Good quality and very good value Don't get ripped off by the opticians who charge hundreds get yours from NewLenses
