The Niche Zero coffee grinder has been a fantastic! I’ve used the original Zero since it was released. Besides enjoying the coffee from it, I really love how easy it is to clean.

Product support from Niche has been outstanding, with responsive service and helpful advice whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and quality grinder.

I’ve had my Niche grinder for 4 years and it has been superb throughout. Perfect grind consistency for all types of beans, easy to use and maintain. Just recently the motor seemed to be jamming. Customer services were brilliant in resolving the issue. Speedy replies by email, guidelines on how to repair without a spare part and eventually great value option of replacing the gearbox that took 10m to fit. Brilliant company to deal with!!!

Service: Overall exceptionally great. I am from Germany, so I asked a lot of questions, because I wanted to get it sent to my hotel in the UK, when I was travelling there. And because of the help of Niche, it was no problem. It got delivered super fast.

Order: No problems at all. Fast and good delivery with perfect packaging and fast delivery.

Product: Very good. I ordered a Niche Zero Coffee grinder and this was my best choice ever. I am trying a lot of coffee variations and the grinder helps me a lot with that. You can change between different coffees with no problems, get a persistent grind and good design. And it is not very noisy.

Great product, great company

Our Niche Zero had a seized motor. James responded immediately with instructions for complete dis-assembly. Once we'd established the motor gearbox had failed, we had a new motor gearbox delivered within 48 hours and the cost was pretty reasonable. The shop is now functioning with a dedicated decaf grinder once more.

Had my grinder for more than 3 years now when I started to have problems. Considering I bought the grinder from UK , I felt that it will be impossible to get support from them being that I'm from SE Asia. I reached out to their support and was very happy with how James from Niche Support handled all my concerns. From detailed guides for checking issues to the quick email responses, I felt well taken care of. In the end, I was able to get my grinder fixed with minimal costs considering geographical and logistical limitations.

By far the best looking grinder ive owned. Aesthetic are amazing and Accurate in grind size.

Great experience with the product and the service from Niche Coffee! My grinder have been grinding coffee every day for 6 years before it had an issue and needed a repair. It seems fairly easy to repair. They send the parts and it only costs me 50 GBP to fix. The grinder is still in perfect condition and I dont even need to change burrs. I use it for both espresso and V60 brew. Its perfect for both.

After a year, my NICHE ZERO coffee grinder hasn't missed a beat (or a coffee bean!)
Still grinding as new with absolutely NO wear or tear on grinding burrs.
It remains looking as good as new after grinding enough beans for SIX Double Espresso's EVERY DAY!
That's approx 45kg of coffee beans based on a 20gram shot in a year!

I’ve recently bought the Niche Duo and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s beautifully made: solid, stylish and clearly built to last. More importantly, it performs brilliantly. The accuracy of the grind settings makes it easy to dial in, and that precision really does show in the cup. Every coffee I’ve made with it has been consistently better. It’s a piece of kit that feels as good to use as the results it produces.

I have really enjoyed my NZ...for over 4 years now. >500kg ground in daily use. Broadly speaking I make espresso with mid-roast levels. It's so easy to use and clean. Like any good coffee obsessive, I have flirted with change but can't find a compelling reason to do so.

The team at Niche Coffee are amazing!! Not only is the grinder a super design, easy to operate, and attractive, but if you need help, they go above and beyond.

I would add that they have done something that you rarely see anymore, but that we ought to see everywhere. Their product is repairable. And they have the support and parts to help.

Everyone should buy a Niche Grinder!!

Perfect grinder! The best part, not only does the product do exactly what I need, the after sales service is second to none. Contacting James for spares has always been a pleasure. He gets the parts out fast and they are very reasonably priced with a very reasonable freight cost. I would highly recommend the Niche grinder.

Niche zero, 4 years of daily use, probably 70kg ground. Stuttering motor. Nil grinding.

New motor and circuit board posted out same day, arriving from UK to Australia in less than 3 days. 60 GBP and the grinder is working again for about AUD $125 including postage.
Sure, would have been better not to break in the first place, but impressed with the speed of service and relative affordability of the parts.
Nice to see a company standing behind their product in this day and age. Saved me trashing the grinder - well done niche.

In July 2020, I discovered Niche through a crowdfunding site.
I immediately bought four coffee grinders. I've been using them every day for five years to make cold brew and all kinds of espresso with Decent machines.
It's a really great tool that truly has zero retention.
I just had a problem with one anti-pop washer today.
James sent me a replacement part in no time.
I highly recommend Niche for its quality and reliability, plus the after-sales service is top-notch.

I've had my Niche grinder for a few years now and it's an absolutely incredible grinder. I use this a few times a day and have had zero mechanical issues. I had to replace the plastic disc and the service team (James) was a pleasure to work with.

Having used the Niche Zero since 2022, it has become a daily workhorse and one that puts out grinds as uniform today as it did back then. Daily use and abuse has caught up with it and I reached out to Niche yesterday, and they have already sent out a replacement part.

Niche has been and always will be a staple and pioneering name of Third Wave coffee culture. I’ve used both the Niche Duo and Niche Zero grinders, and have been super impressed with the quality of the burrs and the attention to care and sleek design that Niche created with these grinders. They have always delivered great quality products, as well as given back to their community through giveaways, deals, and coffee education. Highly recommend this awesome company! :)

I am very happy with the quality of the product and also of the interaction with the team. Very prompt each time, very helpful, great experience.

I've bought a Niche Zero back in August 2020 and I'm so happy with it, 5 years later that I am thinking to upgrade to Niche Duo.

The grinder is very easy to use, clean and maintain. If I will ever have to replace it in the future, I will definitely buy another Niche.

I have pre-ordered the grinder back in 2021 during COVID - I got it something like 6-7 months later, and it has been used daily ever since. Like everyone else here already said, the build quality, the look, the performance - they are all incredible. So why review it now, after all this time?
Today I had to contact the customer support. I lost one of the springs that were holding the dosing ring and I wanted a replacement. Figured out they might have some and might be kind enough to ship them to me (and I would pay for it). But the contact person just casually told me to grab a a hex key and open the wooden base - where I would allegedly find 2 replacement springs, safely packed and well hidden, exactly for situations like mine. I did that and io and behold, there they were. This kind of insane forsight left me speechless - and happy, since I could repair my grinder straight away. The whole experience left me with a smile on my face and I felt like telling other people about it too.
