Annoying customer service strategy
I saw an advertisement and I was curious so I registered just to check out webside and product. Then I received calls from customer services, pushing me to use platform. Forcing me to talk to them even I have said I want to delete my account and I am not interested to trade there. This guy from customer service was so annoying. I hang up because he did not want to delete my account.
