Poor poor experience , manipulated ne into accepting a settlement ,an in the end the work have not been completed

Well whare to start had 1 case worker who when off in the clouds(apparently on holiday) some how ended up with a new case worker, who did not update himself on the case fully just took a general view an then told me a 750 settlement is a good offer, for the whole claim (in cluding my damaged possesions) which they said i cannot claim for unless i have receipts..!! Even though witness have been to the property i.e nne law rep an southwark council rep have seen the damages to my possesions..huuummm. 750 was the initial settlement baring in mind nne law fee is 25%of damagedes i did not WIN for damages yet some how i got a settlement for DAMAGES. 325 is nne laws fee of that 750 an if you have rent or tax arreas ,well guess what you/me get nothing an left to pick up the pieces ,an the southwark council took liabiality for one room ,not the whole property ,apparently i won the case however the fees for nnelaw were recovered from me not the landlord ,i think some of these firms are working with the local landlords ,they manipulate an deceive you/me so that they dont have to go to court ,they go for the cheap settlement an dnt even neogiotiate on you behalf ,which is what the landlord wants.. this is all suspect ..an then an after all that manipulation me/you nne apparently law then does it one more final goodbye an thank you time by asking to leave nne law a 5 star rating on google singing there work of joy satification, jus so they could release the settlememt they had won on my behalf blackmail 101 , moral to this story is i have learned a valid lesson , all of a sudden firmz just pop up to start helping people with damp an mould, alot of these buildings are falling apart if you ask me, emiways stay clear from nne apparently law firm, an if you already with them take it to court

I'm not even sure that this company is…

I'm not even sure that this company is still operating. I've had 5 misfit paralegals so far, on the same case. Not one with a clue about what they are doing. Now it's an answering machine, telling you there's a lack of staff to answer. They are leaving in droves. That tells you that something sinister is going on. It's a disgrace.

DONT BE FOOLED WITH THERE NICENESS!!

Don’t get me wrong in the beginning they was amazing couldn’t do enough for me.
UNTIL THEY GOT PAID!
Then it all stops literally! My case ain’t even finished or closed yet. An I don’t hear from them at all. I have to always email them or call them an even then I get no response.

An as for the settlement I feel they pushed me into excepting the other! They was like you should except it it’s a good offer. You won’t get better than that. LIES! They just wanted me to take the settlement quickly so that they get paid. An that they can’t be bothered to fight them in court!

Shocking how this company treats you!

Yes I’ve edited my post. As you make us right a good review before you transfer our money. No wonder as you don’t want people knowing how you do things after do you?
