He managed my apartment in Bengalore with dedication and attentiveness, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I found the flat exactly the kind I was looking for via NoBroker. It was a great experience. Ms. Shreya Kumari was my relationship manager who helped me in finalizing the property along with Field Relationship Manager Mr. Siddiqui and Shruti. They treat every client patiently and tries to fulfill their requirement. Highly recommended.

Our RM Bhanu Prakash Raju was very active in helping us find the room, really appriciate his help.

They sold me a rental management plan, sent me an email with all the condition and confirmation of the payment of 21500RS. They blocked my property for 3 months, without finding a tenant. No updates and no tenant was identified. When I check nobroker application my property was inactive throughout the plan duration. When asked they kept talking rubbish and said the property is active and application is broken.

After 3 months I have to send 1000's (literally) of email to get my refund back. But when they sent the refund, they deducted 2500 from my deposit saying we organised an inspection. As per the contract with them, my deposit is fully refundable in case tenant is not found. Now they are not refunding the money and kept talk rubbish about some hidden charges.

Bhanu Prakash was absolutely amazing throughout my apartment search. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer the many (many!) questions I had, always with clarity and professionalism.

What truly stood out was his commitment on the day of finalizing the deal—he went back and forth between the owner and me, ensuring both sides were comfortable and happy with the outcome. That level of dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I’m genuinely appreciative of his effort and support, and I’m really glad he was assigned to me. Highly recommend working with him!

Usefull and helping thank you

Very focused yet very flexible. I changed my location priority after the first 10 days and NB RM Gulafsha Parveen gave me a lot of property options in the new location. This helped me to finalize one deal.

This is the worst service provided by this firm. They are extremely good in taking the payment. Once the payment is done, there is no call from the relationship manager, absolutely no feedback from the services availed. These are pure scammers. They took from me 34000 inr for the entire services to sell my flat. They took additional 500 to inspect my flat and once the money is paid there is call back. This is abslute disaster and don't get into the trap of these services.

Be careful with no broker think before going for relax plans once amount is transferred they'll not pick the call no 1 fraud alisha and Abhishek , u people from no broker acting to smart, once payment is received ur work is done, people shd be very careful shd not go fool , no broker is fraud , enquire alisha she will be knowing all details BCOS she very well know how to fool people

Most useless platform. They say, you are getting a lot of leads and once you take the subscription they say we are not getting leads.
I don’t want to tell the name of my RM but he was of no help.

Utterly disappointed with NoBroker’s Relationship Manager (RM) service. Despite clearly communicating my criteria, I wasn’t shown a single relevant property. The RM seemed completely clueless about my requirements and provided zero value. If you are an NRI looking for reliable assistance, look elsewhere. These guys are highly unprofessional and, in my experience, borderline scammers. Don’t waste your hard-earned money.

Very poor experience with NoBroker.
I paid a ₹10,000 token amount on 3rd Dec for a rental property at Splendour County, Wagholi. After payment, the owner was mostly unresponsive—calls not answered and messages ignored (I have proof).
Due to this lack of confirmation and urgency to vacate my current home, I had no option but to back out. However, NoBroker is now refusing to refund my money, claiming it’s as per their policy, without properly addressing the issue of owner non-responsiveness.
This clearly shows lack of accountability and poor customer support. I would not recommend using this platform for rentals.

Don't. I repeat don't use there movers and packers service ,they don't do anything , there packing is bad , all the furniture was damaged and just dumped at the new house without any assembly and cleaning. There partners threaten to take the furniture away if not paid. They are a bad company.

My property manager Mohammad Maaz is doing a fabulous job for me. He responds immediately to my calls and his clear communication, proactive approach, patience made the entire experience smooth and hassle free.It's reassuring to have some one so reliable and courteous handling the service.

My experience with NoBroker has been extremely disappointing.

Nobroker is No 1 fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud company.

When you want to subscribe to their NRI or local any plan, you will receive calls within seconds. However, when it comes to actual service or refund requests, their response completely disappears.

I have been requesting my refund through email, chat, and phone calls. For the last 15 days I have tried contacting them many times. Every time support says they will update within 24 hours, but no one follows up and there is no response.

Because of this lack of response, I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer.
