Please think before sign in to No-Broker once. I Signed because they promised me 28k rent and once i signed they brought tenants with 20K. then i found tenant with 22K then they are not refunding my money. after 2 months chasing they replied "Greetings from NoBroker,

As discussed with my team, the refund request has been rejected due to rent and deposit mismatch. The rent and deposit amount quoted on NoBroker does not match our records, which is the reason the refund could not be processed.

Reason for refund denial:

On NoBroker: ₹23,000 rent excluding Nobroker 6% deduction.

In the Rental Agreement: ₹22,000 rent

This is an early review. Its been 3 days already since I took their most expensive paid plan and NOBROKER hasn't yet assigned a field relationship manager(FRM). Neither do they seem eager to do the promised photoshoot. So far they fail to inspire confidence in them. The relationship manager has input wrong info on the possession date on my property profile too and i can't change it. The meter is running yet i don't feel like any work is being done in the background. I am worried that my money (INR 24778/-) will be wasted even though they return 15000/- back. During their sales pitch they assured that properties get sold in 30-60 days but the lack of basic actions from their end isn't inspiring much confidence in me.

i got scammed..for a company named nobroker they have succufully convinced me to use a agent/broker/liason etc. i needed a affadivit urgently and since their service came up as the first option and i have heard of nobroker before i decided to use their service. long story short money paid, service not given. their customer care is of no help, they keep telling they will arrange a call back from the concerned team but the call just never came even after a month of waiting and mind you the promise was delivery at home in 2 working days. should have seen the reviews earlier where many other people have also had the same experience of regret and being scemmed by them.

Hi, No Broker gave 3 properties in Bangalore, Kada Agrahara, to find tenants in December 2025. I paid ₹43,000 for NRI Services, but even after 6 months they have not found a single tenant and my agreement has expired. Previously they used to pick up my calls, but now that I have started asking for a refund they have stopped responding. Is this how your team does business with customers? This is not fair at all. I no longer need your services — please refund my money and I will find a local broker instead. this is for nobroker india

NoBroker's money back guarantee scheme is a SCAM. They don't return the money to anyone, citing purposefully hidden terms and conditions which are not at all favorable to client. The customer support staff is also very rude. NEVER TRUST THIS PLATFORM.

Hired indoor painters from NoBroker. I paid the amount via NoBroker. From day 1 , the painting team asked for more money, almost 2000 INR everyday went up. I complained to the sales person, to the senior supervisor.. but met with thugs are all level of management. Disappointing .. NEVER AGAIN.

Your sales team is the worst. Mainly Patricia she is too bad not even replying or caring about customers post selling the product. Felt too cheap when talking to her. All of the support staffs were irresponsible and insensible. Felt like they are only money focused, too bad service.
But relationship manager was great, he took care of our needs to the best extent . Reducing the one star because of Patricia.
4 stars goes fully for the services of Vijaysasan M alone

​I am writing this to warn others about the blatant overcharging and unethical pricing practices I encountered with NoBroker’s home services. I have documented evidence (attached photos) showing that I was overcharged by over ₹14,000 across 11 different items compared to standard market rates.
​It is shocking that a platform claiming to "simplify" things is actually inflating prices by 50% to 200% on basic hardware and fixtures.
​Here is the breakdown of the overcharging (Evidence attached):
​Godrej Locks & Knobs: Quoted nearly double the market price. The Classic Lock alone had a discrepancy of over ₹3,700 for 2 units.
​Bathroom Fixtures: Hindware Faucets were quoted at ₹1,850 when the market price is ₹649. Cera Shower Heads were quoted at ₹1,720 vs a market price of ₹535.
​Electricals: Usha Exhaust fans and Crompton Ceiling fans were marked up significantly (over ₹1,800 combined difference).
​Rainbow Drywall Pipes: A massive overcharge of ₹1,358 per unit (Total ₹2,716 for two).
​Total Overcharge Amount: ₹14,043

Do not use nobroker for Ac servicing.They took 3000 and now my ac is not cooling and they are not taking any action.
