The plan is encouraging and offers hope but all the other offers are annoying to us few who don’t have a lot of extra money laying around!

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY SUGGEST ANYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
I would give a BIG FAT “0” if it were allowed!!!’
They will find ways to keep your money after cancelling the same day it is shown processing in your bank account.
They gave me BS responses as to why they couldn’t refund my $105!!!
YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

Still no resolution to 3 illegal chargers: $145 per month for 3 months - services NEVER ordered.
Even if it's buried in fine print, it's illegal in Canada (deceptive practices).
Until resolved beware of the company if offered a $14 trial!!!

The expectation that this might be useful at a time when all of my neighborhood pickleball courts are shut down for maintenance

Misleading billing practices. Signed and paid for what was advertised as a short-term fitness program through Instagram. Later received a $158.94 annual renewal charge for a service I did not request or authorize. Customer support canceled the subscription but refused a refund. Based on the number of similar complaints online, this does not seem like an isolated issue.

Too many “add-ons”. Made me second guess if I even want to try this program, but I decided to try it anyway. Maybe wait until a person is involved in the initial program and then slowly offer the “extras”. Just my take on this.

I liked that it gave you options for add one but wasn’t pushy and allowed you to decline for later.
