It's almost impossible to rate a company when i haven't done anything yet. But not impressed with the pressure to add additional Guides & Programs when I haven't seen or tried out the basic Fascia Pro... See more

AVOID like the plague! I hadn't signed up for the renewal only the initial month, yet they took nearly £80 from my account... and will not refund it, it's a great scam to charge you for a month where they say you haven't cancelled a subscription which didn't exist in the first place because I KNOW I had made sure the reveal was switched off... its not like I'm not computer savvy! VERY DISINGENUOUS COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS!

Impossible to cancel.
I cancelled several weeks before renewal. I must’ve clicked 3 or 4 cancel buttons on the website, but still was billed. Sent an email, and was told they didn’t receive cancellation notice, and I am obligated to pay based on T&C’s.

Reality is that I haven't had an experience yet. I have been offered a number of products to buy. I am committing myself to another new program which will may work because the stars have aligned. I have one major commitment that is coming to a close and I will have the time to concentrate on my health. Hoping the diet doesn't need a round the clock chef. We'll see. I'll give an update in two weeks.

They trick you into a subscription. My card was charged £79.11 and when I asked for a refund, they refused.

I've spent years trying to get in shape & after menopause it was even harder so I wasn't quite sure I wanted to go through with this one more time but your customer service made it sound hopeful and without spending a fortune!

I am an older woman, who is often forgetful. After subscribing to Nordletics and reading the disclosure statements, I was concerned that I would not remember to cancel my subscription at the end of 12 weeks and could not afford to continue. Nora was kind enough to allay my fears and arranged to discontinue my plan after 12 weeks. So grateful!

Good product but offers to buy more are a hassle when monies are so tight and I’m disabled.

This company makes sense about what all to do to lose this weight I haven't been able to lose for 10+ years. I would have loved to get a lot of your offers but I live on a Social Security check and I'm 68 and I have to stick to a budget. But I am excited about trying this. It has to work or I'll be so disappointed. At least I got a 1 on 1 coaching free for 4 weeks. That will help me , I'm sure. I can't wait to see how this journey goes. I appreciate all your help that you can give me.

I will keep you posted when I lose all my weight 🤣

The program itself may work for some — they offer content for sure. But it wasn’t working for me after a trial. I cancelled. Six months later I got a charge for $99. No communication from the company, which is sneaky. Then a couple of hoops to cancel again. And then 2 acknowledgement about rhe “surprise charge” with no way to correct it. Nothing about the app made be healthier.

Scam! First they are unclear that this is a renewable subscription. They emphasize it’s a 4 week plan for $20. Then a month later with no notice at all, they charge me $105 for 1 month. Outrageous. They refused to refund even though I notified them the exact same day of the charge. Second, the exercises are supposed to be geared toward your age range, which they certainly were not! And they try to sell you 100 other things at the time, which is just a money grab. Very unethical company. Avoid at all costs
