Scam! First they are unclear that this is a renewable subscription. They emphasize it’s a 4 week plan for $20. Then a month later with no notice at all, they charge me $105 for 1 month. Outrageous. They refused to refund even though I notified them the exact same day of the charge. Second, the exercises are supposed to be geared toward your age range, which they certainly were not! And they try to sell you 100 other things at the time, which is just a money grab. Very unethical company. Avoid at all costs

Hard sell is always a turn off. Hard sell is always revealing. Discounts upon discounts nothing but a hard sell technique. Just stop. Please! Plus auto renewing is revealing, as well. Reminds me of Grundy greedy.

There is no way to view or cancel your subscription within your account details, so the only way to find out what you'll be charged is by asking or waiting. There is also no clear statement within your account that deleting your account won't delete your subscription, so you'll be charged even if you have no account anymore. They won't rebate a subscription charge even if you don't have an account anymore. The videos are quite good, but I asked for no yoga, and still got some. Don't trust this service.

I love everything except the part where they keep adding more purchases onto the initial purchase.

Beware. After your initial purchase, they offer you about ten more add-ons. Enough to make your eyes cross. If you do not hit "No" on every single one, they will charge you the extra fee. When you dispute it, they say they "cannot" issue a refund.

Quick response. Clear instructions always leading me onward with further suggestions. I am already committed to improving my posture and stability. So important to avoid falls at my age. I feel confident that I can achieve something here.

The program they have is progressive. They also can adjust your program to your needs. The customer service is outstanding. Nora got t back to me the same day I put an inquiry to them. She was very concise in her answer. She gave just the right information. The tone was good. And she was easy to understand. The coaches are excellent. They understand the exercises, and the overall physiology needed to perform their job. They are great at coaching. Thanks James for your help.
