Just the latest victim of this NON-professional site and seller. >:-\ Ordered to ST-themed badges from them and STILL haven't received it yet after getting tracking # from them. After emails to this 'Kevin Norse', he sent one back stating their excuse of tardiness and was gonna send it 'right out'. Almost a full week, the package hasn't even been dropped off at their P.O. for traveling - wondering will I have to wait a month or more like other customers here reporting so(?). I'm STILL WAITING for your response, Kevin, AND my badges.

just as everyone else has stated this store and these people are lazy unreliable thieves. offer products take payments and never ship items. even after a multitude of attempts to offer them the benefit of maybe being busy or overwhelmed they still do not answer emails or direct messages... seriously, how can you claim to be some honorable business and "veteran owned" but still rip of your fellow americans. pitiful.

Bought patches from them back in July 6 and never received my order. They claim to be a Veteran owned company , bought how can you be a veteran if you fraud other veterans . Do not buy from this company , they do not represent themselves in any professional manner.

Placed an order. Received the confirmation order.
No update 7 weeks later. Can’t trace the delivery via Shop. Don’t respond to emails.
Started refund process.
I don’t recommend.

*Update #1* Order did arrive eventually. 2 Tie badges meant to be part of a free gift set were missing and one of the tee shirts was the wrong size with the label cut out.

Followed up with credit card company for a refund and they have refunded.
Some email communication followed and he wasn’t willing to supply the missing / incorrect items so I’m not willing to pay.

He’s emailed me to take this review down as he has lost out but it is a reflection of what actually happened so hopefully will be of use to others looking to place an order.

*Update #2* Now sending threatening messages via Messenger. I’d advise you avoid this vendor. Changed back to 1* review.

Never received order! No communication
Had to file a case with PayPal to get my money refunded
Beware!!!

On 15th June I ordered one of their obi wan kenobi pint glasses for a friend's 50th birthday present which is in August.
I got the order confirmation but nothing else since. I've tried contacting them many times but with only 1 reply saying they will look into it.
My friends birthday has now passed with still no sign of the pint glass
Avoid this company.

Worst company I've ever dealt with online. Over a month for delivery as forgot to post. Sent one wrong item & didn't include one of the items. Didn't refund money owed & only responds to e-mails if paypal case opened. Avoid!!!!!

Bad Experience. When I placed my order it never shipped. Upon Initially, upon inquiry, I was informed via email that it was delayed and it would ship out that day, I even received a shipping number. However, the post office has never received the package. I have not received any further communication or follow-up on any further messages. *Update* I did eventually receive my order about a month after posting this review.
