I have been a member of NWLA since I started my journey as a Landlord in 2018, they have help me grow my knowledge of the sector and been there with professional advice when I've needed it. A personal one to one service where the staff are professional, knowledgable and always on hand, I would highly recommend this association to all landlords out there.

I’d advise anyone who is a landlord to join the North West Landlords Association for expert advice and support from their professional and friendly staff

My husband has been a member of the association for many years and recently we have needed a lot of help with new tenancy agreements, rent increases etc. We were put in touch with a great solicitor which saved us a lot of money. Its great to ring and have an actual person answer the phone. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have worked with NWLA for a number of years and they are always helpful and always looking for new ways to help their clients and give members the best service possible. We work with NWLA to provide insurance for their members and we are always happy to work with them on new ways to help clients.

The NWLA has helped me greatly in developing my knowledge and skills of letting out properties. As a landlord it is very useful to have all the important tenancy agreement and legal documents well organised on the NWLA website, and it saves so much time being able to download the latest up to date documents from an easy to use and well designed website member’s area.

NWLA meetings provide a great opportunity to network and to keep up to date with all the news and issues affecting landlords. The meetings, interesting newsletters and regular emails help to keep me updated with the all the latest legislation.

The NWLA member’s insurance scheme offers insurance cover to NWLA members at a reasonable rate and the insurance company is efficient and professional. This is a dedicated landlord group insurance scheme, with wide policy wording and designed exclusively for NWLA members.

I highly recommend the NWLA to other landlords and it is a superb means of gaining knowledge and help.
