Smooth onboarding.

I’ve just started a subscription with Nuacom and the experience so far has been excellent. The onboarding was straightforward, everything was easy to set up, and I’ve had no issues to date. A very solid start and I’m looking forward to seeing how the service develops as I use it more.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable…

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about their products and systems. The transition was very smooth with no downtime. The staff were patient when we needed to make a few changes and allowed us to try many options before deciding. Would highly recommend

Excellent process and service from start to finish

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. The sales agent walked us through everything, we then signed the contracts and within a week we had the new phones and were onboarded. Excellent service throughout. The new system is very easy to use and is a great addition to our company

Easy Transition to VOIP

I have to say, that since I first contacted NUACOM in relation to updating our Phone System and updating our Telco Provider.

There service and customer support have been excellent, they have made our transition from legacy systems to state of the art VOIP, simple and straightforward

Five Star Service

From start to finish, the onboarding was straight forward and my business was up and running within a matter of days.

I spoke to the Sales Team who quickly got me signed up and then within 3 days, I had a pleasant call with the Onboarding Team, who got me set up within 30 minutes.

All very friendly and supportive.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a really great experience with Nuacom. I had an issue with my landlines and had to change to Nuacom in an emergency and they resolved the situation so quickly. Excellent customer service.

Onboarding Rocked! Second Impression Much Improved.

My Onboarding manager Vaibhav delivered a quick response, thorough setup, troubleshot hiccups as they came up, and got me up and running same business day. He called me to offer onboarding earlier than standard scheduling; and probably stayed after business hours to get it done, too. Above and beyond!
Sales staff, like Anthony, via telephone was also quick and thorough.

DM/IM experience almost blew the deal. Once, responses were very slow and I got disconnected. Nobody ever reached back out to me after they had my info in several form submissions.
On another occasion, they wouldn't honor my 3 week trial promo. Or offer anything beyond standard to earn my business. And the trial only lets you dial/connect for 60 seconds.
Not being able to create an account or get started online, self started, in a more automated process, is quite inconvenient. Especially if you're not in UK timezones.
Excited to get started to assess the product itself.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and patient

Vaibhav was very helpful and patient with me during this call. I am not the most "tech savy", and he was very patient with me. He walked me through all the steps at ease, and answered any questions I had there and then. By the time the call ended, I was fully set up and able to use the features immediately. I would highly recommend this service. I only reached out yesterday to make an enquiry, and already before my morning coffee break, I am all set up and ready to go.

Super Service

Very helpful staff and eager to help solve any issues as quickly as possible. Basic handset is super and very quick to install. Only starting out with them but really looking forward to a long working relationship with NuaCom
