Excellent support and onboarding call with Vaibhav

Nuacom Representatives were very helpful, both during the initial demonstration and onboarding session. So far so good!

We've had a consistently frustrating experience with the Nuacom app. The application frequently fails to connect, and even when it does, the calls themselves often won’t go through. Users regularly report that transferring calls is unreliable — with dropped calls being a common issue.
To make matters worse, the level of customer service is far below expectations. We've had unresolved issues lingering for over a month with little to no meaningful follow-up. Overall, I would not recommend their services.

I had the hardest time finding a solution to connect GoHighLevel with a deskphone. Nuacom really solved this issue for me and it's perfect. It integrates with GoHighLevel flawlessly. So grateful I found them!

The unboarding process was easy and straight foward

Switching to Nuacom was much easier then I realised. There was no downtime and any questions or issues I had were sorted out straight away. If I knew it was this easy I would of switched to them months ago.
