Amazing designs at honest prices
I am a design student and I have always wanted to have a Pierre Jeanneret design chair at home but the prices were extremely high. I can finally say that I have found quality and honest prices. I have received my Lounge Chair and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you so much!

Very bad experience with Object Embassy
I had a very bad experience with Object Embassy.
I was looking for 2 chairs which I needed for a photo shoot in 1 week. I called the Object Embassy customer service to request if they had any items on stock before proceeding with the purchase on their web shop. Worth noting as well that I had to call about 10 times, over a period of 1 week to get someone I could speak to.
After getting the confirmation via phone call of the customer service, that they had 2 items on stock available for direct dispatch, I immediately ordered the specific chairs. I received a confirmation E-mail about 12 hours later but no information on the shipping. So I called the customer service again the day after requesting information on the shipping, to get the news that they had made a mistake on their inventory list and that the 2 chairs I had ordered where not in stock as they had previously confirmed.
So if I didn't call the customer service proactively, I would not have been made aware of this mistake...
The guy on the phone then suggested me to take one of their showroom models which had a few defects for the same price as the regular item...
I ended up just taking the refund, only to hear that my money (€1900) will be refunded in 3 days meaning I won't even be able to purchase new ones at a supplier who has them available, before the due date of my photo shoot.
I have no experience with the products which seems fine but please be aware the customer service is NOT on the same level as the products unfortunately.

We fully understand it is very frustrating the items were out of stock while our systems stated differently. We generally pride ourselves in offering top-notch service, therefor it is valuable to receive your feedback so that we can improve our service where needed. In your specific case there was an error in our warehousing system, so the two items you ordered seemed to be in-stock, while they actually weren't. Given your time-squeezed situation with your upcoming shoot we did our utmost best to accommodate your needs within the possible. Our colleagues offered you two b-stock items which you could have returned (free of charge) after the shoot or a full refund. You preferred the refund, which was immediately executed. Our colleague indicated that the transfer could take a maximum of 3 days since you used a Belgian bank. This is a standard disclaimer as banks may take some time to process international transactions - that's is something that is out of our control. Having said that, according to our records the refund was actually processed that same day (which was one day after your original purchase). Once again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience - we hope to welcome you back another time so that we can make it up.
