Great value for the price

Great value for the price! The car was very clean and in excellent condition. It was a hybrid, so fuel consumption was really low. The service was super convenient—you unlock the car remotely, so no need to wait in a queue, everything is done through their website. The deposit was only €160 for gas in case you don’t return it full. I highly recommend taking the full coverage for just €5 extra per day. For pickup, you can either get the car directly at Palma Airport for €10 or take the company’s free shuttle, which is just a 5-minute ride from the airport. Overall, an excellent experience!

It seems as a great car rental service

It seems as a great car rental service, I just returned a car back, so now I will see if I get my deposit back ;). I would recommend them with all my heart. Definitely, I will use their services again.

Great business idea. Disappointing execution.

This was the most expensive option for car rental and we chose it because we wanted to try the new service style.
1. The airport shuttle isn’t easy to find but you’ll manage.
2. The OffUGo website was broken when we arrived to collect the car from the car provider called ROIG and there was no communication from OffUgo about their broken website, so we ended up waiting for about an hour at the ROIG office which is the collection point.
3. There were two other couples also collecting at the same time who were in the same situation. All of us were trying to reach them.
4. Vehicle provider was ROIG, their service is awful and extremely disappointing.
5. Perhaps in future go direct to ROIG instead of using a middle man? Don’t know. Given the hassle so far, I’d say the OffUgo idea isn’t working as expected so it’s worth a try to cut out the middle man.

6. We were the ones who constantly had to reach out to the team which was very frustrating.

Having said that, the support team is responsive when you do reach out to them.

The car was great, and the drop off happened without a problem. How’s its supposed to be as described by the website.

I think the idea is fantastic and wanting ti streamline car collection at airport is a business idea worth focusing on. I hope they succeed and I’d definitely give them
another try in future.

Working hours of Shuttles

The information we had was that the shuttle bus was working 24/7, and when we arrived to the airport there was no more shuttles working. The car rental closed at 8 p.m. and we had to sleep at the airport. The next day, we got the first shuttle to the rental car and everything was OK, but if the company had told us the correct information about the working hours of the rental car and its shuttles we could have booked our flight for a different hour.

We work with different providers, and the provider assigned to your rental confirmed to us that service was operational that night. All information about the bus, including the correct contact number and link to the courtesy bus location, was in your check-in instructions. It is possible that you have contacted the wrong number, since the contact, as soon as the rental begins, must be directly with the car supplier, not with offUgo. In fact, we also responded to your complaint by email providing all these details, but we have not received a response.

Likewise, we want to apologize as we understand that it must be frustrating not being able to pick up your car at the indicated time.

It was my first car-rental experience…

It was my first car-rental experience and everything went totally smooth, except just one little issue while returning the car, when the booking website didn't work properly. But it was taken cared of by offugo staff with no problem. Will definitely use offugo again when in Mallorca. ❤️

Best car rental experience we've had!

Best car rental experience we've had! I will recomend Offugo to everyone i can. We had a one week trip to Mallorca anda were looking to rent a car for 4 days. We tried through the agency, we tried directly in various rent a car companies and all the prices we got were very high, with absurd amounts of deposit (upwards of 1.400€). If we wanted to reduce the deposit we had to pay insurances that made the cost of renting a car for 4 days to around 450€. While in was searching for other options i found offugo. I have to admit that everything sounded too good to be true. The price for 4 days rental was about 140€, with a deposit of just 160€ and no need for extra insurance values. Although it sounded too good to be true, we decided to take a chance. Best decision ever! The experience was amazing, the car was parked where they told us, we opened it through their plataform, we drove around, we returned it to the same place and 5 days later i had the deposit refunded to my account. No burocracies, no bullsh*t, fair price, car in perfect conditions! Amazing!
