They informed me my payment was not going through after 10 months of successful payments. Upon inquiry, I was informed they lost all my billing information after a 'system upgrade'. No word yet on whether they just lost it or if I'm now vulnerable to fraud.
Any online links to customer support are dead links. Not sure I trust a business that makes such a self-destructive error.
No customer service. No way to contact them. can't watch my subscription at my friend's house. Fubo and DAZN let you do that. It's my subscription. why can't I watch it where I want to watch it.

What a waste of money.
App functions worse than a toaster under water. Website functions somehow even worse. This sums it up, but I typed out my experience below - (I am not a doddery old man btw)
I tried to login to my account on my Apple TV. After logging in it required an activation code. Except the url provided did not work. I tried numerous times on both my laptop and phone, signing in and out of my account on these devices to see if things would change. They did not. It didn't help that the Onesoccer app on my Apple TV was not working. After signing in and getting prompted to the activation code page, I could not go back to the one soccer home page, my account page, or any other page. Instead, the screen would have what appeared to be an epileptic episode, spazzing tf out, only to end up on the exact same activation code page, just now with a new code (the url provided to activate this code was the same as before and still did not work). The only way to get off of this page was to unplug my Apple TV and wait a couple minutes while it rebooted - which I did several times because I kept hoping something different would occur. Shocker, nothing changed, and I could feel my sanity leaving me every time I tried again. If you can avoid using this soul destroying, steaming pile of dog poo streaming service, I recommend that you do.
Happy with the service overall. Great to see CPL and odd Concacaf matches. I tend to have to turn the sound down or off as they like to announce other match scores of the day during the one you're watching. Not helpful if you're interested in more than one team and have recorded the other match.
