appalling company, no rating
Appalling goods and no after service. I purchased a shower, enclosure, sink and taps, toilet etc, last march. I had them fitted in May, within a few weeks the knobs had fallen off the shower and riser rail, they sent me new ones, these broke again, so they sent a second replacement, when they both broke for a third time, chipped my shower tray, I asked for a refund. They refused to respond to my calls and emails, I threatened them with legal action, still no reply. I have since had problems with the taps which leak, bath tap has broken, toilet seat moves and creaks every time you sit on it, etc etc. A catalogue of faults.I did get a solicitor involved and the company were forced to reply but they just denied the goods were faulty and suggested fitting was the cause of the faults! Said I should have returned the goods before having them fitted if they were faulty! Ridiculous, but solicitor says judge would side with them because all parts are supplied by different manufacturers and on balance probably wouldnt expect all goods to be faulty! Could blame fitting instead. I would urge everyone to stay clear of this company not only are their goods awful quality, you will get no-where if you ever have to deal with them once theyve got your money. I found them unhelpful and very rude on the few occasions they did answer my calls. BEWARE!!
