Course material was outlined clearly and easy to follow. I really enjoyed that the course was asynchronous so I could complete whenever there was a calm period aside from my main schoolwork. I am glad OVS offered this opportunity as my high school does not offer a health and nutrition course. I highly recommend!

My experience with OVS Chemistry (SCH4U) was very positive overall. The best part was the flexibility, since I could work at my own pace and fit the course around my schedule. I chose to take the course with OVS instead of my regular day school because it gave me a chance to improve my mark and learn in a way that worked better for me. The teacher was helpful and usually responded to questions and marked evaluations in a reasonable amount of time, which made the course feel organized and manageable. I also found the practice tests, exams, and online textbook helpful because they gave me a better idea of what to expect and helped me prepare. The school office and student success team were supportive when needed, which made the process smoother. My marks were also posted to OUAC, which was important for university admissions and made the experience less stressful. Overall, OVS was a GREAT option for me.

I had a very good experience with Ontario Virtual school specifically because of the flexibility and the ability to work at my own pace to balance other responsibilities. There were many resources provided for me to learn to the best of my ability and be fully prepared for summative assignments. Lastly, the teachers are very quick to respond to any emails regarding and difficulties I'm dealing with. Overall it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend!!

Great experience and super quick support from teachers and admin. The course was just as rigorous as when I took it in-class, and it was nice to be able to do it at my own pace.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take CPW4U through OVS. This was my first time experiencing education through OVS, and it was nothing but amazing. The structure of the course, content, and assignments were easy to access and complete; my instructor was extremely efficient with marking and returning assignments, usually within 1-2 days. Now, because of OVS, I will be able to go into Grade 12 this September while already having a U credit! Thank you, OVS, will definitely take again.

I would 100% recommend their services. The teachers are very accommodating, they always have quick response times and they always give feedback and assignments get graded very fast. I personally did two courses with OVS and they give discounts at checkpoints like completing a course final or midterm. They have scholarships for students both intentional and domestic, while this wasn’t a priority for me this might be for other people. The admin was always accommodating and helped me as a grade 12 student adjust and understand how the OUAC system worked. Overall great service and great people.

Taking MHF4U with OVS was a really great experience. The course was well organized and the lessons made difficult concepts much easier to understand. I chose to take it through OVS instead of my regular day school because I liked the flexibility of working at my own pace. My teacher was very responsive and always answered questions quickly, and all of my evaluations were marked fast (within 2-3 days). The practice tests and course resources were also very useful when preparing for assessments. The platform was easy to use and everything, including posting marks to OUAC, went smoothly. OVS has helped me get the grades I needed to get into universities I didn't think I was able to get into.

Since my start, and now completion of the course, I have recommended multiple friends to take OVS for the same course. Every friend that took my recommendation has said that they enjoy the teaching style and self paced aspects of the course a lot, and have regretted their choice to take math through OVS. The course I took was advanced functions. OVS was overall a great experience, tests were marked in a timely manner, teacher was respectful, responded quickly, learning material was really strong and prepared me for the tests well. Tests were also well put together, overall the experience was enjoyable.

The lessons at OVS School were very helpful and very detailed, making it easy to understand the material. The teacher was really nice and she replied within 24 hours, and if it was during office hours she responded in just about half an hour. I really appreciated the support and guidance throughout my learning. Highly recommend!

As a student who has already graduated from secondary school I took OVS to upgrade/take prerequisites. For SPH4U I had completed the course in a timely manner. The teacher responded very fast to questions even though everything was asynchronous. It can be challenging but very rewarding in the end.

Honestly I really liked the setup, my teachers response time was so fast, I would get all my assignments marked within a day or two. The instructions were always self explanatory and I understood the content well with the online lessons.
