Good printing but price was lowered after I ordered

Good printing but the price was lowered right after i sent in my order. That was kind of disappointing as I ordered quite a few calendars for Christmas. My first time printing with optimalprint. Quality is good, but price-wise can be improved.

Delivery fees should be consolidated

Products are good quality. However, there could be some improvement to the delivery fees especially when multiple orders are made. I was charged two separate delivery fees which added up to quite a significant portion of the total cost.

Stay away from Optimal print. At least from Singapore branch.

Unfortunately, this system does not provide negative numbers to rate recent experiences. It a pitty

Ok. So, from my last conversation passed four full days. (At least 1.5 business days).
Brief description. I put order Oct, 19th. Then Optimal print recreated my order on Oct, 21st (why?). The last delivery date was Oct, 28th. On Oct, 29th I asks Optimal print about my order and receives an answer that the order is not printed yet. Then the agent told me that the company will return the delivery fee. Then the agent told me that he can't do it because the "other team did it". Strange, but I have not received any information about this returning. Neither from optimal print nor from my bank.
Then the agent told me that my order is printing now.

I write a review. I receive a standard excuse message and link to the help desk.

But. My order has still not shipped yet. Moreover, I think my order is not printed yet. A conversation with the help desk is a set of standard excuses that must persuade a client that the fault is somewhere outside Optimal print.

So, in conclusion. Stay away from Optimal print. If you will try to ask this company to print something please do not forget to ask them every day:
1. Is my order is printed?
2. Is this REALLY printed?
3. Are you sure that my order is REALLY printed?
4. Are you sure that are no issues and my order is definitely printed?
5. Are my order shipped? If so, please provide me the track #.
6. Are you sure that the order is shipped. Really?
5. Even with the tracking number you have no guarantee that the order is already printed and shipped.

But, unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order on time.

PS. For Optimal print. Please not provide your standard excuse below this review. It not working.
Just answer the next questions:
Why is my order was moved from 19th to 21st?
Why is my order was sent to print only when I start to investigate the fate of my order?
Why did your agent say to me that my order was sent to print on Oct, 29th, but today another agent said that my order was printed on Oct, 30th?
Why is my order is not shipped yet in three days after it was printed (if it was printed)?

PPS. About print quality. I will write a review when (if?) I will receive my order.

Christmas cards 2021

The cards were well package, printing quality is excellent. I have not tried writing on the card so I cannot comment on how well it absorbs ink. Overall, quite satisfied with my order.

Help received

I had some queries regarding delivery of the photo book I ordered and I managed to contact customer service though it was 930pm Singapore time. The customer service agent was from Norway and helped answer my questions and in the end, wasn’t able to give me a favourable reply immediately, but referred me to the relevant parties and eventually I got what I needed. 😊 Though I think it’s just a stage name, but his name was Izza. Thank you for the help!

Customer Service 24/7?

Trying to place my 2nd purchase. But I can't seem to crop my image to fit into the canvas. Have been trying to reach customer service, but no phone number, no response to my IG DM, no chat. I hope I could get my order placed now as the promo is valid till tomorrow only. Really frustrating.

Fast and efficient way to create a photo book album no doubt about that. especially when you're in a tight schedule. However, it would better if there was ideas given to create the photo book better looking. Such as recommended designs, layout of pictures, colours used and etc. Because I'm not really a design person, hence having someone to give me ideas online would be great. All in all, still a great service.

Not a framed picture - poor experience

From the website I believed I was buying a framed print, which is what I was looking for. On arrival, I received a print and then a frame, with no instructions on how to get the print into the frame. I felt like 1.) I shouldn't have to assemble this - no where did I see anything about this (I wouldn't have purchased if this was the case) and 2.) No instructions, no details on how to assemble/put together. I'm decently handy, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get the picture in the frame behind the glass. A rather poor experience - not the image/product I believed I was getting from the website. If you want a proper framed picture, don't go here.

Late delivery, slow help hotline, no item received.

Don't deliver what you can't promise.

As written on your site, the lead time of your items were only a few working days - in my case, I was expecting to receive my photobook after 1 working day but it's been more than a week and after my expected delivery date, I still have NO updates on my item even though I was given a tracking number.

I got a tracking number and called up the local courier delivery, they said that they have yet to receive my product from the merchant even though my tracking number was issues on the 10th. And it is the 20th now as I am writing this review, I have yet to receive my item.

Contacted for help but the help given was useless, did not answer to any of my questions at all.

If you can't promise to deliver within a certain time frame, please do not write that in your site, and do not promise your customers with excuses of due to high volume - you should indicate on your site if that's the case. Funny how the site emphasises on gifting but what happens when my gift doesn't arrive on time even after following your timelines written on your site itself? Do I get a full refund then?

If you plan to order from this site, please set aside AMPLE amount of time. But I don't recommend because even the help system is slow, no number to call within Singapore, and they can't even locate my item even though I paid for TRACKED shipping.

Can't even review my product because I've yet to receive them.
