Ordered over a month ago. No response to my emails, attempted a phone call but got voicemail. So far no response and no fulfillment of order. Giving it a week before I request refund through PayPal.

I ordered from Organical Botanicals early 2023 and got my seeds within 2 weeks no issues. I went back and ordered a few more packs of seeds a few months later to plant the following summer... Never got my orders. Called, texted, emailed and left voicemails. I reached out a few times for about 2 months and never got a response. I decided to try the paypal aprouch and sure enough I got robbed once again. Its been a month now that I ordered my most recent seeds. I will request a refund through paypal.

Never fulfilled my order, cashed my money though..had no problem doing that. Must be getting high on his own supply.

owner's partner left him last year and apparently he is way in over his head with handling his business. ordered seeds 7 months ago and check was cashed but never shipped seeds. never responds to emails. website is a sh$tsh0w. former partner finally responded saying had the wrong #. got a hold of owner at one point - seemed knowledgable, nervous and nice.
months rolled by and still no delivery. finally suggested i post on the BBB and he offered refund. sent info to refund me and months gone by again and never responded or refunded. Really went over and above to give the guy a chance to make right. He has no honor or business acumen. Recommendation - avoid.

Never got anything and zero replies to

Took months to receive even an incomplete order.

Promises of partial refunds are never fulfilled.

Had to do a chargeback with my bank finally after Jordan quit replying to text messages.

Not sure what is going on with this business, if you could even call it that (I was charged no sales tax), but you're better off shopping anywhere else.

This "business" has hit rock bottom ! I would be generous giving them a 3 star, 2 years ago, but now ?? Take your cash, through Paypal no less, and you're lucky if you get anything in return. Most of my order was missing, and "Jordan" the ill-witted owner, hides, with his phone off, refusing my messages after writing a note on the invoice to call him. He should be in prison. I can't believe Paypal will service a scammer like this guy !!!!

I am one of the people that just got scammed by this guy. I ordered 2.2 pounds of mixed seeds from him after asking him a bunch of questions on FB about proper planting. A month after my order was placed he generated a tracking number and I waited 30 days and the tracking still shows that the post office never even received it. Last week I texted him and left him a message on FB and he ignored both. This morning I messaged saying that I needed a response today or I would be filing a chargeback and he responded with a thumbs up. I just filed the chargeback with my credit card. I wish I saw these reviews earlier but this URL simply doesn't come up when you search for his company name.

SCAM Website. Do NOT purchase anything from this website, you will not receive anything! Nothing! Everything I ordered arrived. It did take a few weeks to ship but that was easily managed with an email to Jordan who informed me of a mixup with the labeling of one item I ordered. He communicated this with his shipper and the products were sent out shortly after. Be patient/communicative and pay with PayPal. Worst that can happen is you dispute and PayPal refunds you.

Took awhile for shipping, but that's just the times we live in, pandemic and all. Contacted the owner, my order was shipped same day. Seeds are great, very high germination rate 10/10 will order again.

Scam I sent cash and never received so much as a response $65 down the drain how terrible I placed other orders as well I didn’t have a garden this season because of this scam! Please save your money and time!

Scam never received anything spent over $200 never received a thing! Don’t order from Organical Botanicals pleas save your money! I lost out on a whole season of growing I live close by this company and have checked it out personally it doesn’t exist. Don’t send cash ever! I was refunded by pay pal luckily but it took some time please save your time and money! Much love Dani

I ordered August 15th sent a message to his direct number saying how excited I was, no response. Sent an email, no response. More messages, no response. Its September 6th and I'm hoping Jordan will do the right thing still. Well see how this pans out, but I would not reccoment ordering from him. I have ordered from enchanted dreamer, and okangan organics SINCE I order with organical botanicals and recieved replies quickly, and shipment within a few days. Delivered perfect. This man is either a scammer, or in over his head. I have been understanding, but this is unacceptable.

I'm going to say scam because they don't get back to you and I ordered almost $100 worth of seeds 6 weeks ago , now I wish I came here first because even if they do send seeds I can't see them being anything but what they scraped of a bagel, I fell for the Chinese super seeds,buy elsewhere

Yep, he beat me as well. Multiple calls/emails/msgs, all ignored. I have 2 orders open with him, from back in early May, and not 1 response. Opened a PAYPAL case, and he hasn't answered them either. What a coward/b itch! As you can see he has not responded to any post here since May.

Check out STARFISH HONEY, she has some nice seeds/videos on YT, got me my seeds in 5 days, and they are growing strong!

Seems he resells other people's seeds as well. STAY AWAY from OB, should have looked here first..

Paypal got me my money back. Jordan did not even respond to their email requests, yet his website is still up and taking orders like nothing is wrong here.

Never received order 61813. Multiple attempts made to email, call, text, fb message. Once I saw multiple negative reviews on here I discovered I was scammed. Reported to PayPal, have to go through their dispute process.

After further research, it looks like many other people never received their seeds and definitely will not get a reply. Also if you do some looking online, Kykeon Plants warns people that Jordan at OrganicalBotanicals passes off other seeds and sells them under false pretenses and fake advertising.

It has been weeks since I ordered from OrganicalBotanicals and have had no responses and I never got my products. I ordered some Papaver Somniferum seeds from Eden Brothers, many of which are sold at Organical Botanicals,and received my Eden Brothers seeds within a week, at much lower costs, that also have tons of reviews of almost 100% germination rates. Eden Brothers among many others have the Gigantium variants, and Lauren’s Grape.

After seeing his videos on Facebook, Jordan sounds slightly paranoid, and obviously has mental health problems.

I get the vibe that Jordan is an out of shape, middle aged man that lived at home with his mom. His side job was selling McCormick poppy seeds that won’t germinate because he won’t clean the Cheeto dust from his fingers.

Pretty soon, OrganicalBotanicals will invoke the interwebs mob and summon the wrath of the spirit of angry customers. Organical Botanicals will get run down and the site will overflow with negative reviews and will be forced to change their name, end the schemes, or stop scamming.

Can’t give 0 stars. 100% scam. Do not buy, they will take your money. I ordered seeds a few weeks ago and then for some reason decided to look into the company after, and was not real happy about what I read. I hadn’t seen any emails about shipping so I decided to try to contact OB. Quickly found out that they are impossible to get ahold of. I tried what methods they pretend to use. Email, FB, call, text, comment. I of course got no reply. I’ve been trying to cancel my order but I seriously doubt that this is even a real business. I had ordered seeds from a different supplier twice in the time that I’ve dealt with this joker and promptly received both orders. This guy is a thief. Stay away.
