The OSCA cable is used to create a bridge between the vehicle you are working on and our servers. A connection is established once the cable is plugged into the OBD port and then connected to the internet via a 3G/4G/5G or Wifi/Lan connection. Once connected, you can chat to our team via our Android app (only available for older OSCA cable) or our dedicated website. We will then be able to establish your requirements and get to work using scripts, tools and our knowledge to complete an array of functions. Whilst we are completing your work remotely, you can take care of others tasks. In certain situations however, a mechanic must be on stand-by in order to carry out any physical tasks, such as turning the ignition on. Whenever necessary, a message will appear in the app, telling the mechanic what needs to be done.

The system and team have been amazing since i joined

New to this system and team so far, done a few jobs for me, and helped me get out of some problems. Really helpful on the phones, on emails, and the technicians they have doing the jobs, Even jobs they have not done before they talk to you and explain how they can try but no promises - my last job, they was unsure if they could do it, Luckily for me they did manage to do it - so All in all, good team that communicate and work hard to try help you sort your problems or what ever job you need assistance for.

Osca Diaganostics are always quickly on…

Osca Diaganostics are always quickly on hand to supply coding , key programming and general diagnostics using the dealer tools. We have several dealer tools of our own but its reassuring to know the staff at Osca can help out when needed and their professional work ethic is a much added quality.

A thank you to Donna. I sent an email yesterday and she took the time to look right back on our account and work out figures to answer my questions. She called instead of an impersonal email.
She was very helpful and friendly and did not try and hard sell at all just laid out numbers and explanations. She followed up the call with an email, so that I could refer back to everything.

Fully Recommended for Locksmiths, Garages and Auto Electricians

Very helpful technicians and easy to use service. Can do alot of dealer only operations on demand and it works very well. I use osca for keys, module resets, immobiliser alignments and more.

Even coded a second hand UCH module into a Renault Trafic without the original as it was completely cooked.

Also programmed in a used Audi BCM2 module after an aftermarket tool corrupted it. Had it all done from start to finish (including Audi Authorisation) in 48 hours over the holiday period. Would have been under 24 if a regular time of year.

UK company and very easy to work with. I totally recommend OSCA to any company or independent operator that repairs vehicles and auto electrical operations.

Massive thank you to Michael for the outstanding service today. I had a vehicle in that my own equipment couldn’t complete, but Michael stepped in and handled the spare key programming flawlessly from start to finish.

What really stood out was how reassuring and confident he was throughout the whole process, especially with SERMI now in motion, he made what could have been a stressful situation feel straightforward and under control.

Big appreciation as well to OSCA for providing the support and platform that makes jobs like this possible.

Michael’s skill, professionalism, and attitude truly deserve recognition. Top-level work all around.

Osca "Can Do" approach

Attended 2 vehicle's, a Mercedes and Peugeot. Another company had attempted programming modules, failed and left the customer in the lurch! Connected Osca, explained the situation and they stepped up to the mark, quickly sorting out the issues and completing the work required with no fuss or fanfare. Thanks Team Osca!

This company is amazing

This company is amazing for the independent garages.. it allows us to have all the dealer software and help we need without having to go to main dealer!!!
Just plug in the Oscar login into the portal and they do the rest!! Magic!!
I dealt with dean today, very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful..

Had and issue with a DPF reset

Have been working with the team at Osca…

Have been working with the team at Osca for many years now. Nothing is too much trouble, all jobs are explained and any risks (which go with this work regardless) are discussed. Have had them try many jobs that were not listed on the application list, some successful, some not but they never charge if unsuccessful.
