Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with, totally incompetent would advise that you avoid purchasing from them, delivery company they hire are totally unreliable, ordered a simple slide from them, wood pack arrived on second attempt after first was deemed damaged, no slide attachment as apparently it was too big to be delivered, surely not the first time theyve sold one! Waited for another week to be told it too was now damaged so they'd send another overnight, contacted delivery company who said they weren't delivering anything to me. Another week later after requesting a refund the slide attachment arrives totally out of the blue with no notification. Offered a free add on as way of compensation for all the trauma and lies from customer service. However this arrived totally battered and was more of an insult than anything else. Glad I will no longer have to deal with them and will never use them again.
