The platform works well overall

The platform works well overall. Inventory tracking, order management, and reporting all function reliably. The main issue is that the interface is not very intuitive, so finding certain features can take more clicks than necessary. A cleaner design would make the experience much better.

Inventory alerts are helpful and keep us informed when stock is running low or when new shipments arrive. The only drawback is that adjusting the alert thresholds is not very flexible, since we need to contact support to make changes.

We needed overnight shipping set up for a promotion, and they had everything ready in under 24 hours. They tested it, launched it, and a customer who ordered at 2 pm received it the next morning. That is exactly the level of service I am looking for.

Pick and pack accuracy has been very solid, with only a handful of mistakes across thousands of orders. Any issues were resolved quickly with free reshipments. The only downside is that the requested thank you cards are not always included, which can be frustrating for the brand experience.

Shopify integration runs smoothly and orders are synced automatically without any problems. The main drawback was that configuring custom fields was quite time consuming, and the documentation did not really explain that part clearly, so it took some trial and error to get it working.

Their customs team really saved us during the holiday rush. The shipment was stuck for two weeks, but they managed to get it released in 48 hours. I was honestly stressed out, but they handled everything for us.

Receiving is usually same day or next day, which is great. One time we sent a large shipment without an ASN and it took almost a week to process. That was completely our fault, but it did disrupt our inventory for several days.

The account manager Jessica is…

The account manager Jessica is incredible. She checks in regularly and genuinely cares about our business. Last month she noticed our storage levels increasing and suggested running a sale to move older inventory. That level of strategic support is not something I expected from a 3PL.

Onboarding took about three weeks

Onboarding took about three weeks, which was faster than I expected. They provided templates and checklists and were responsive to all our questions. The only issue was some confusion around labeling requirements, but we were able to resolve it.

Tracking works perfectly now

Tracking works perfectly now. Customers are no longer constantly emailing asking where their orders are, and everything updates automatically. It has been a huge relief compared to the issues we had before.

Receiving is fast if you send an ASN but without it your boxes just sit there for days, happened to us twice and it's frustrating because sometimes we're in a rush and can't prep everything perfectly
