Disappointing
T-shirt received was not the one expected (two grey options available and not clear which is which when selecting on product listing). I still liked it well enough so decided not to faff around returning and exchanging, but after one cold wash the design has all but disappeared. Overall disappointing.

Product not as advertised
Ordered a graphic tee, when it arrived the graphic was a third of the size of the photos on their website so the shirt looked terrible. Took multiple emails back and forth to get the company to agree to refund me and even then they didn’t refund the shipping fee. Given the shirts are over $30AUD (I think they’re $21USD) pre-shipping I didn’t expect to get such an inferior product or have such a hard time getting a refund (I also offered to exchange for a tee that actually looked like the product I ordered but they ignored that offer).

Great experience overall
I ordered a few t-shirts after seeing some Instagram ads. They have a really great catalogue (it was hard to narrow down my choices between so many cool book/public libraries/antifa themed Prints), and my first surprise was the very good fabric quality.
I saw some comments mentioning long awaiting times for the shipment, so I also expected to wait a lot for my package, but I got it pretty fast (in Western Europe), in about a week.
Another very positive surprise was talking to a real and very nice person on their WhatsApp channel (Words) for tracking my parcel. I expected some form of soulless, automated response in this AI-age, but I was happy to be in contact with a helpful and kind person who does justice to this shop's themes. I will definitely order more from them soon.

Design Vs Comfort
The designs at Pagewings are a lot of fun. I ordered three cropped sweatshirts simply because I really couldn't choose. Unfortunately I'm a bit bummed by the interior texture of the sweatshirts, as they are a little too rough for me to wear without an undershirt. This kind of defeats the point of a cropped sweatshirt for me, so I'm not entirely sure how to make them work in my wardrobe anymore. I also felt like the neck-hole is a little small, so I may have to cut it open. Some significant dissatisfactions for what should have been a throw-it-on-and-go success.
