Great just got my new pakle fuse cone with a cover, grip and lead weights.. and the customer service is great when im monitorin.. thankyou pakle for the service !!!

I ordered a Fuse after reading reviews. The website said it was in stock. After a two days I received a note saying the paddle had been shipped. Over the next two days I tried tracking the shipment and it dead ended. I finally wrote the company and was told it was in the hands of the carrier and was expected to be released soon. More time passed and I finally cancelled the order. It took 3 emails. It was finally cancelled and I saw a pending refund in my credit card history. Instead of going through the pending transaction disappeared. I wrote the company and the gave me an ARN transaction number. I chatted with the credit card company (Citi Visa) and they said they had no record of the transaction. I wrote the company 3 more times and they gave the same response. I finally disputed the transaction and the dispute was resolved in my favor. Exerecise caution.

I love my Pakle Fuse pickleball paddle. The pop is awesome, the power amazing, and the control surprisingly wonderful. I have found a paddle that will grow with me. I no longer need to shop for a great paddle!! Thanks Pakle for such a fantastic pickleball paddle!

This is my second 16 mm blade x paddles. I experienced better play than my previous apes pro line energy s.

I cannot even express how obsessed I was in my research looking for the right Pickleball racquet. I read reviews, looked at videos, and frankly studied beyond belief differences between racquets from swing weight- twist weight and more. I chatted with the Pakle staff and they answered EVERY single question and cleared up concerns about whether I should go with a 13mm or 16mm racquet. I received my racquet in 7 days but unfortunately after I had already played. I'm eager to play with it but I can say that it feels very good in my hand and I'm feeling very optimistic that it will be a GREAT fit for my game. Thanks to the staff at Pakle for answering all my questions --- I was without a doubt a pain in the neck.
