I bought five sleeping beds not correct

I bought five sleeping beds, a recommendation box, and paid an additional amount to get excellent quality, but I did not get it. My order was delayed for 3 months, and now the beds are still in my wallet. I have a problem. The plastic pieces that hold the mattress were broken. I called the owner of the store and he tells me that they have closed the store and there is no longer a store. How can I do this? Get plastic chairs that can hold the mattress, do not answer the phone, zero service
