Terrible experience. I rented a house with them for two years and the management was the worst I have seen in a rental agency. We left the house two months ago and still have not receive our deposit back. Terrible terrible terrible, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

The best agency for getting your home in Paris. As a foreigner, it is always difficult to get a home as per your choice and needs. Sacha from PCH helped me exactly what I wanted in the first place. She was very much good in communicating and understanding the requirements. I am very much satisfied with her approach and I would love to collaborate with PCH again. Without a doubt, I will recommend PCH for my friends if they wish to look for a rental home!!!

Super great experience! I was very stressed that renting our flat would be very complicated, but Cecile, Alexandre, and team made everything rather simple -- as they took care of everything. Wonderful service and a competitive fee (as we took a couple quotes in the market). Very grateful to them for meeting our timeline and price expectations.

As a owner it is more important how they react when something is not going well. Cooperate housing is always responding fast, mail, WhatsApp, calls… and solve problems reactive and professional. I am quite happy with them.

PCH offered a great service that went beyond simply conducting apartments’ viewings on time and to meet my needs. They assisted me with useful info on how to open a French bank account, set up the house insurance and so on. Once I made my choice they also offered me great advice on restaurants/bars and things to do in the neighborhood. Agency fees are not the lowest but the service is really good!

Paris Corporate housing has helped me rent my apartment so fast and provided me with a great tenant. The team speaks English which can be hard to find in France. They are so responsive. I live in the US so it was super helpful that they can answer me so quickly when it was quite late for the team in Paris. I appreciate that a lot. They communicate through WhatsApp almost instantly. They have a thorough process to insure that all the details for the landlord and the tenant are managed with diligence. I was happy that they did not try to put down the price of rent as some agencies would do. Finally, I have to thank Cecile. She was a super partner. She has advised me on so many other vendors to make sure that the diagnostic is updated and that the apartment is super ready for rent. Thank you Cecile and I am certainly looking for a long term relationship.

The whole exit process was well handled through the agency. Some people make you wary and distrsuting regarding the return of your garantee or deposit. The inventory at departure was thoroughly and patiently done by Yasmine and the return of garantee was correctly and timely done via Christelle. Many thanks to both ladies.
