Hello, Mr. HICK. Your statement is simply incorrect and very poorly worded. You reserved your parking spot directly on our website, several days before your arrival. You created an account, received the emails regarding your reservation along with all the necessary information, you read them all, and it wasn’t until the day of your arrival that you realized you had booked with the wrong parking company. This is curious, to say the least.

You claim, on the one hand, that our reservation system is complicated, and on the other hand, that we are diverting reservations from other websites. It’s hard to understand: either you booked with us and found the process complicated, which we can accept, since that’s your perspective, or you booked elsewhere and we therefore hijacked your reservation (which would make us real hackers, lol).

You simply made a mistake, likely because you’re an English speaker and perhaps didn’t fully understand what you were doing at the time, nor did you take the time to read our emails; you just opened them. But don’t say that we tried to steal from you or anything like that. Up until the payment stage, all customers are free to cancel their reservations, and we don’t send follow-up emails to pressure customers into booking.

Many companies offer this service in Bordeaux; what sets us apart is that we sometimes appear at the top of search results for the terms customers enter, likely because Google ranks us higher than other companies.

We therefore ask all our customers to be very careful when making a reservation whether with us or elsewhere and to take the time to read and verify that they are indeed on the correct website, so they don’t end up leaving reviews like these, claiming that we tried to intercept their reservations and that we essentially stole from them.
