Since Kay Quinlan has been a property manager at Parkfords, as a contractor we have found the organisation of allocated jobs has greatly improved. Very happy to continue working with Parkfords.

We have been working with Parkfords, for the past four years, and it has been an absolute pleasure.

Their team of managers—Michael, Emily, Caesar, Kay, Abigail, Susan, Jodi and Grace are all incredibly efficient, professional, and a joy to work with.

They consistently provide us with a steady stream of work, and we’ve never encountered any issues throughout our partnership. We truly value the relationship we’ve built with them and look forward to continuing our collaboration for years to come.

Absolutely awful company I’ve not received a service since moved in March 2023 !! And in that time lived with a blocked drain for 8 months!!! Which I end up sort for a £50 pounds fee and in July took me a week to clean the halfway and door ways and they refusing to pay me for my time even though probably expect me continue live in dirty condition!!! and basically I’m paying for them mis management of the block for 4 years only person in the building paying for their over priced services!!! So rude don’t reply to problems only wanna take nearly 2 grand a year for absolutely nothing!!!
So not fit be a management company!!!

A good proactive property manager who are genuinely trying to get the right things done right

Assisted us in securing the Right to Manage last year. Contrary to some reviews from tenants (rather than leaseholders), our experience has been nothing but transparent and professional. Highly recommend.

Parkfords have taken responsibility of management of a number of properties from a previous management company within our portfolio that have historically been quite troublesome. Parkfords have addressed all of the issues that were being experienced, as well as taken proactive steps to prevent potential issues arising in the future. I would recommend.

Had to deal with Parkfords (Emily) who took over managing our block recently for numerous issues, most of them were dealt with swiftly, only tradesmen I saw on site were the electricians who were prompt and professional.

These guys stand out from the rest, excellent service highly recommend

Very shrudy work with dangerous lead points left scattered on the floor. Very uncaring of the work. Very un-professional parkfords management company. They broke bird feeder and shattered all the pieces in the bushes fir me too find. When I explained this to parkfords they was rude snd refuse to take responsibility. Then I get a threatening phone call from the man stating he owns tbe company and to take the review down. Very dangerous company leaving sharp metal and broken tiles and scaffolding bolts. Don't waste your money on parkfords management useless and dangerous. Of health & Safety Act.

As a resident of a small private block in South London I have needed to be in touch with Parkfords over the last few years, for a variety of issues, and found them to be responsive, professional and helpful.

I have recently been dealing with Abigail (Senior Property Manager) and she is very personable, helpful and focussed on issue resolution for residents. Reassuring to know.

Over the last 2 years I have found Parkfords property management service to be excellent in particular Emily Gilliam, she has always delivered prompt and efficient service coupled with good communication skills have been really reassuring.
Emily is always very responsive to her clients needs and takes a proactive approach to getting tasks done on point.

Caesar - Thank you for the phone calls , and many email updates with all the issues that arise at one on this block.
Just to say, thank you for all your speed and efficiency. I can see why you have been chosen as a senior property manager.
As a director of other blocks, I dealt and dealt with many property managers over several property companies and your reaction time and getting things done is exceptional. Given credit where credit is due, and that rarely comes from me.

Caesar has been a great source of help with regards to the sale of my leasehold flat and all queries regarding the lease that have arisen from this; and all matters regarding the lease of my flat prior to this. He has always replied to my queries in a timely manner, with helpful answers and is always happy to assist. It is refreshing to receive such good customer service, thank you Caesar.

I am ambivalent about review platforms as the comments are not always driven by altruism. However, since the start of March 2023, I have personally received nothing but help, courtesy and professionalism in my dealings with Parkfords’ management – specifically from Michael and Emily.
