Lease Extension
Parkfords helped me with my lease extension. I would highly recommend them.

Been dealing with intercom issues with our precious management company for years, Issac sent some electricians and got the problems sorted. The engineers on site were professional and helpful.
Not great
One good thing is the current property manager who has been polite and responsive to communication.
However: every issues have taken a long time to be looked at / fixed, for various reasons: section 20, staff issue, holiday. They do not look at insurance because the freeholder charges insurance but they didn't communicate this to the leaseholders and all the cost to go through the account rather than even trying to check insurance. This was not made clear after questions, only until the negative review is left.
The previous Property manager was a nightmare but there was no coverage, no one else was willing to talk to us and no one to escalate then one day she was gone.
Emily Gilliam has been a fantastic…
Emily Gilliam has been a fantastic first point of contact at Parkfords. She has been extremely helpful in very testing times, she even contacted me over the weekend to ensure that damage hadn’t spread throughout my property and has answered questions promptly and professionally.
Caesar has been an absolute star
Caesar has been an absolute star! I have had over three different companies manage my property in the 16 years I have had it, and they’ve all been pretty abysmal. Even some at Parkfords have not been as attentive and proactive as Caesar. He is an incredible asset and I wish all property managers had a Caesar or two on their team!
Highly recommend
Since taking over the management of our estate the communication and general running has transformed. Highly recommend them.
Emily has been a breath of fresh air…
Emily has been a breath of fresh air with her management at Globe House......I only wish she had been allocated to us from the outset. The property itself had issues and Emily has worked tirelessly to resolve. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has adopted a very pragmatic approach. Many thanks.
Negligent property managers
To start, Parkfords deserve less than one star and let me list why:
*The lift to our block of flats is constantly broken, the latest stretch being 9+ months
*The glass overhanging the entrance is always smashed. Whenever notified, Parkfords snarkily reply that it's laminated glass and there's no risk of it falling. It has fallen before and it's only a matter of time before it falls on someone and causes serious harm.
*The front entrance to the property is always compromised, allowing trespassers and opportunistic thieves into the building. Forget having parcels delivered because they're constantly stolen. Bikes in the courtyard are cut off railings by individuals with circular saws.
*Following on the above point, it's clear that it's well known to trespassers that the front door to the property is broken. In the last week there was an incident where a trespasser chased me into my flat. Luckily my partner was in the flat to get them out. This trespasser was in possession of parcels delivered 24-hours earlier and knew to hide in a smoke-shaft on the 6th floor. This leads me to believe that they were LIVING/hiding somewhere in the building before.
The cherry on top are the outright lies Parkfords tells. The property manager (apparently we can only name on TrustPilot when complimenting them) said that she visited the property on the Thursday to inspect the locks and found neither door to be broken. Hours later there would be 7+ police at my property because of the burglary incident. The police didn't even have to buzz in. They just pushed the entrance door open.
The locks are not fixed, the lift is broken and the glass overhang is a disaster waiting to happen. Parkfords has no intention to fix anything, stating they need more money to fix these and that requires sign-off from all leaseholders. Leaseholders are not willing to give additional money because of complete mis-management of funds by Parkfords. Don't give a penny to them, they have no idea how to effectively and safely manage a property.
We will be escalating to the council and property manager ombudsman.

Ben Jackson.
Is a credit to himself as well as to any company that he is employed by.
He is efficient, very capable, he sees the project through from start to finish, he enjoys his work and is very knowledgeable. It has been a real pleasure. He can only get better with time. Keep up the good work.
Helpful advice from Emily
I have found that Emily Gillam responds quickly to questions and queries and is also knowledgable and pragmatic. She has given me advice over property matters which has been helpful and I trust her advice.

Isaac Prepah was very helpful in assisting my Solicitors in the sale on my property.Always ready to help and easy to contact
Dismissive and unresponsive
Parkfords are slow to respond, dismissive and noncommittal. When works are eventually done it's to a poor standard by the cheapest contractor's. They have no idea what maintenance or management is. I'm very disappointed in how the property is looked after given the handsome charges we all pay. The only thing they do well is demanding money from residents and stockpiling it.

Gracie Copley was helpful, friendly and ultra efficient.

Emily been great
Our flat was burnt and we didn’t have anywhere to go, Emily and Brendon came to see us and since been extremely helpful and amazingly professional. Every time i needed Emily for an advice or an update she’s always there to listen and help. Emily has been chasing the insurers regularly for updates regarding our hotel reimbursements, she’s simply very nice person and easy to talk to.
Thank u so much for everything

I have been contacting Brandon Bryan ever since he started working in our area a few months ago, and he has been very helpful, courteous and attentive. He has given good and honest explanations of timescales, not giving high hopes when it wasn't possible, but also giving hope that the jobs would be done. I'm certainly very grateful and I think many of the tenants in our block would echo this. Chris

PM Samuel Blowers has been very helpful on my exchange day when the buyer's incompetent solicitor asked for a document at the last minute while my own property manager was off.
First time Leaseholders…
We have a very good contact with our building Manager Emily at Parkfords. We find her always ready to discuss our concerns and an active partner in dealing with repairs. This is our first experience as leaseholders and I must say that so far it has been much better than we had anticipated.
