I dealt with Parkfords and Emily over a serious roof leak. Emily was excellent by getting it fixed quickly and keeping me informed all the way. I was worried dealing with a management company and now very happy it is Parkfords.

I am always a little apprehensive dealing with Property management companies, but Emily has restored my faith! She is not only proactive but on the ball with on going projects. I cannot recommend Parkfords, or more so Emily enough!

I can't recommend Leanne and the team enough, They are very professional, Efficient and quick to respond to any issues.

Very responsive to all matters in general, as with all managing agents more general inspections and communication about improvements or problems would be welcome without having to bring matters to their attention otherwise overall positive experience.

Parkfords took over the management of our lovely estate & in comparison with others they have been very proactive in maintaining the estate. I have dealt with Gracie a fair bit & she has remained professional, efficient & seems to really care.

The worst management company. They keep sending us bill after bill even if nothing got done! The building start having cracks, mold....horrible condition! Robbers they are...avoid them...

I've never understood how crooks like these are legally allowed to blindly rob us hard working people. Our service charge has gone absolutely through the roof since these con artist have taken over. THIS SHOULDN'T BE LEGAL!

The standard of customer service and upkeep of our building has been transformed since we had the good fortune to have Emily Gilliam of Parkfords as our service/property manager . Emily not only knows her job inside out but is an excellent communicator and is thoroughly professional in every way. We finally feel confident that our interests are being well managed.

After a few initial hiccups Parkfords are proving to be a very thorough Management Company with great customer service and staff.

I recently sold my flat with Parkfords being the managing agent. My main contact was Emily. Emily was efficient, polite, friendly and very helpful throughout the process with any questions or queries I raised.
