Don't Bother with This Lot

I'd give this parking garage -10 stars if I could. First, the parking spots are so small, you could barely get a Big Wheel in the space. If you have a full size car, SUV or a pick up truck, don't bother. You'll never get into a space. If you drive a smaller car, you better weigh under 140 to get out of your car once you park and expect door dings as you can really only fit a small child in-between the cars once you do park.

This is an unmanned parking garage. They don't tell you, you have to go all the way to the front of the apartment building to re-enter the garage. You must have your ticket. If you don't, you can't get back in unless you go back on the side of the building, get another ticket from the machine and go back to you car and get your original ticket. This is a no bueno for me. I will say, I called the phone number on the machine on a Saturday and the operator was nice and advised me to go to the front of the building to get out. First time parking here and there's directions on how to re-enter the building.

Faulty Codes/Equipment

My code would not scan at either entrance. No one was picking up the emergency phone lines for SP+ parking. I spent over 15 minutes trapped in their garage, was yelled at by the attendant on the phone, and made to wait longer. I finally got to leave and have not used Parking.com since.

Price

Price, location and security were exceptional. Would help to give information on how to retrieve your vehicle. Just a suggestion on the app to enter the lobby and use the elevator.

Website Needs Work, Good Offers for Parking

Good offers for parking. However, it’s not easy to view parking sites as the searches may bring up wrong locations or it does not recognize well-known places, restaurants, stores, etc. Also, it does not have the ability to modify reservations, like extending or changing time periods.

My issue was with the actual garage

My issue was with the actual garage. Parking.com customer service contacted the garage on my behalf to speak to the garage's manager to be able to let me out of the garage when I was stuck with an expired, paid ticket.

Scammed

I paid for my parking spot at K2 apartment complex and my barcode didn’t work. I was forced to buy another ticket on top of my price i paid.

1 star is generous

1 star is generous. I tried it once, the scanner wouldn't take the pass saying it was invalid. I emailed customer service asking to be refunded and never heard back. Least favorite parking app.

Prepaid on app but still had to pay when leaving the lot

I prepaid on the app for parking ($12). When I got to the lot, I tried to scan the QR code, and it kept saying it was invalid. I pushed the assistance button, and the rep said to take a ticket and upon leaving, I should insert the ticket and then scan the code. I did that, and it didn't work. I ended up paying an additional $22 just to get out of the lot (I tried assistance again, but nobody answered and there were people behind me). I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep who promptly refunded the $12, but I still paid $10 more than what I should've based on the app. The rep said she'd ask her manager if they could refund me the $10, but I'm going to guess I'm just out of that money. Don't bother with the app...

The pass was not recognised at the…

The pass was not recognised at the gate. I received an 'invalid' message. Not really a good advert for Parking.com and as I ended up parking on the street, I'd probably just use that again. It might not be the cheapest, but as I ended up paying $12 for parking I couldn't use, even $4.50 an hour works out to be cheaper - and I look like less of an idiot attempting to get a pass scanned for a solid 5 minutes.

The website was easy to navigate but…

The website was easy to navigate but when I actually went to the garage, the scan qr code didn't work and had to have the attendants (which whom were helpful), help get through the gates. Not sure why it didn't work, but was very frustrating. That was the whole purpose of booking online.

Needs overall improvement

I started this out with a on-line purchase of a parking pass to save money and time. I pre-loaded the QR code on my phone to be ready when I arrived. Due to traffic, we running late so getting in and out was important. When I pulled up to the scanner, I tried scanning twice and both times it said my ticket was invalid. I then just took a ticket and parked. I recall seeing a sign to pay on the third floor before returning to my car. At the end of the evening, I had to ask the security guard where the machine is located, which he pointed out to me. The screen indicated that it was closed and security guard them pointed out a assistance function and after may rings, the person responded rather coldly that they would help me at the exit. I was able to just pay at the exit to leave. Not a good experience overall.

Purchase process ok but pass did not work

Purchase process seemed ok. Upon entry to garage, the QR reader was not working apparently, no light came on, would not read code, I was forced to take a ticket, thinking maybe upon exit it would read. Upon exit reader was on but kept saying invalid. I had to pay to get out. So I not only paid for pass, had to pay 2.5 times original cost. I don’t see any reimbursement process.
