Due to the travel restrictions in place to combat COVID-19 we have received a very high number of customer services enquiries. How our service has been impacted
We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.

When we booked it sent pn details.of the car park,but when we rang the company to say we were nearly there ,they said it was the wrong car park ,and Park Via had been told about this numerous times and still didn't update l where car park is.So he gave us new directions to the car park which cost us time on getting to the airport as we had to navigate around Zurich,aand we were lucky to make our flight. Update your car parks so clients are sent to the right car park.

Everything went fairly well
Everything went fairly well, and there was no damage whatsoever on the car. Dropping off the car was a bit of a chaotic moment. But picking up went smoothly. The parking is close to the airport.

Do not use, lost 50€
I paid for a 1 week reservation, the day before I called several times and never got a response or a return call. I requested a cancellation due to non performance. I had to make another reservation in another parking. Do Not Use this Parking, they ripped me off of 50€

1) You arrived at the correct location?
2) Can you please provide a screenshot of the calls made to the car park letting them know of your arrival. The calls should show the date, time and number dialled.
