Due to the travel restrictions in place to combat COVID-19 we have received a very high number of customer services enquiries. How our service has been impacted
We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.
Your query may take longer than usual as we are working with operators around the world, many of whom are operating with reduced staffing levels. In such instances we will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible.

Excellent Experience
Dear ParkVia Team in Genua,
that was an absolute excellent Experience. We parked our car here to go on a cruise and the service was just amazing. Literally no waiting time to go back and forth to the cruise terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and book it again! Thanks a lot.

Booking was easy with confirmation immediately. Driver was there to meet us. He was kind enough to fetch a trolley for our luggage. R100 for the car wash on our return. Have used their services many times. Highly recommended!! Thank you.

Aughfull experince
Aughfull experince. Shuttle bus didn’t come to pick us at airport, host lady didn’t do anything to help when we called. At the end,after 40 minutes of waiting with small kid,we had to take Taxi to take us to our car - 20€ for 3 km. And even than no even appologise.
Never again! Not recommending!

Bad experience
When I arrive to parking I was asked to give the car key, which was not mentioned initially. After that I was asked for extra 20-30 eur, also not mentioned initially. When I arrive back person show that he remember the case with "not givig the care key" and leave my family to the airoport, so I get the car and travel back to the airoport 😞 😞

Here are some instructions on the booking voucher you need to consider:
Size restrictions:
The car park can only accept vehicles up to 5 metres in length. Sprinters and vehicles like VITO are not accepted.
Please note: The shuttle bus service is free for up to 2 passengers per booking. Each additional passenger will be charged with 10€, which can be paid on site.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that the airport charges an entry fee of 5 EUR. This fee is not included in your booking and will have to be paid to the car park operator on the day of your arrival.
If you arrive 3 hours or more late for your booking, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
If you followed the instructions provided, did not overstay, and still believe you were charged additional fees by the car park, please contact us at customer.service@parkvia.com.
Kindly include sufficient evidence of the payment made directly to the car park, and we will be happy to investigate the matter further for you.

I had a great experience using Luton…
I had a great experience using Luton Long Stay Car Park. The location was very easy to reach, and both entry and exit were straightforward thanks to the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. The shuttle bus was really quick on both departure and arrival, which made the whole process stress-free. My vehicle was exactly as I left it, which was reassuring. Overall, a smooth and efficient service—I would definitely use it again.
