Company is great and very helpful. Decent prices, good parts. Sadly let down by their delivery courier (who have let me down with deliveries from other suppliers as well) but Parts in Motion excelled themselves in sorting this out.

Took order then told me it could not be dispatched in that time offered to cancell when i did the said warehouse had already packed it and did not cancell, so it was in the warehouse at that time will not refund untill they get the battery back that they had not sent. I had to buy one at local retailer due to not being delivered in 24hrs so i donot need it!

I was recommended to Parts in Motion and so impressed by easy use of their website, great prices and amazing delivery (I chose to pay for next day which was incredibly efficient!). One track rod end was left out of my order which was absolutely no problem as it arrived next day having reported the missing item.

Was looking to buy a Fuel pump for my Mondeo Mk4 and needed to enquire about the specific design of the pump to ensure its components matched the Ford OEM part. Being an online car parts company and not being able to check parts over the counter I ended up phoning the company and spoke to a nice lady called Shannon from the Customer Service Team who was very helpful and requested the warehouse team to take pictures of the pump I intended to purchase. After sending the requested pictures back to me I made my purchase. I would like to thank Shannon and the warehouse team for their support. Will purchase from this company again.

Am genuinely impressed with the service i received i bought some parts in 3/5/25. had a issue with the parts i bought on 30/10/25. needed the car back on the road so i bought the parts locally at a higher cost that online the price you pay when you cant wait a few days i suppose,
i got InTouch with parts in motion to say i had a issue with parts (i was expecting the wear and tear or we need a mechanics report before we take the parts back line) Not only did Rosie reply quickly she told me what i needed to do fill in a form online and they would get back to me.
next person to message was Dan who informed me that i needed to send the parts back to be inspected before any warranty replacement is covered.
no issue on me sending the parts back the it was good to see that I was not being asked to cover the cost on postage, not many others would do this as its up to the end user to cover the return costs.
i sent the parts back and got a message from Dan a few days later to say the parts were checked and they would refund the money back in my account this was done in a few hours.
I have had issues before when other company's would rather wash their hands and not cover the warranty and say its user error or wear and tear or drag their hands on not doing anything. i was surprised to see it was not the case with Parts in Motion they were amazing from start to finish hope others take notes.
parts in motion is a company i have no issues using again or recommending for parts as the service they offer is one of the best i have used and they would be the next choice for any car parts i require.

Great company.
I bought a car battery and it arrived cracked. Obvious dissapointment aside they quickly despatched another.
There was a mix up with the courier and they failed to deliver.
Now...P.I.M did not chase me when the package was returned to them but i put this down to them being busy. Not complaining.
So, when i got in touch they despatched again, same day, and it arrived safely next morning.
Price, customer service and quality are all on point.
Buy with confidence.

I had purchased a battery for a large cc v twin unfortunately the battery supplied failed to start the bike, i contacted customer service thru an online auction site and my enquiry was delt with very quickly with no questions asked

Requiring several parts for the same vehicle, I email the Sales dept. Less than 24hrs later, Holly had replied with several options for the parts required.
The order was placed and paid. Within 48 hours of sending the initial enquiry, parts were received. Excellent service indeed.

I've been buying parts for over 3 years from them, not once had the wrong part sent to me. Strongly recommend. I've had probably 2 or 3 situations when the parcels were lost in transit or delayed, but that is not in their control, and every time I've contacted them it was a generous and reliable experience.
