Doing an exam with these guys is worth every penny trust me! I was panicking that I wouldn’t get into my nursing course but these guys came in clutch they even sent me a handwritten card after I passed my exam how cute!

Easiest Way to Pass Maths!!!
The platform and style of revision has made it so much easier than my years at school! I was able to learn anytime with no pressure and I found a confidence in maths that I thought was impossible.
I was able to go from an F GCSE to a solid pass at 91% Maths Level 2, I absolutely recommend Pass Functional Skills for anyone who struggled at school.

Very good customer service
I had very supporting staff who were always ready to help ,especially when I have network issues during my exams.

My experience with Pass Functional Skills was amazing. I booked my functional skills maths exam through them and the process was great. Even though people might consider the prices but you have to invest in yourself to get good grades, and pass functional can give you that. From the course to the practice papers or mock exam. Also guys make use of the 3 hours of the functional skills level 2 maths on YouTube it is brilliant.

My experience with Passkills CRAP
My experience with Passkills has been an absolute disaster. After cancelling, they conveniently waited out the full 14 days and still didn’t refund my exam fees. Emails? Ignored. Phone calls? Pointless—nobody ever responds. Their whole “customer service” setup feels like shouting into the void.
The portal itself is a mess: slow, clunky, and honestly looks like it was thrown together in a weekend. And the so-called “AI” that corrects exercises? Completely useless. Half the time it marks correct answers as wrong, which is beyond frustrating when you’re trying to study.
When they finally do reply, it’s always the same copy-paste apologetic email that resolves nothing. And after all that hassle, their idea of a refund is… £16. It’s almost insulting.
Overall, Passkills feels unprofessional, unresponsive, and absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Regarding your case, the refund amount followed the cancellation policy that applies to funded courses, and this was communicated during the process, although I appreciate that the outcome was not what you were hoping for.

Great learning product and service!
My son used Pass Functional Skills for his level 2 qualification. He has yet to pass his Maths but will have a re-sit soon. The lessons was well presented and their dashboard easy to navigate. The past papers and mock exams a lot of help in preparing for exams. More than anything else I would like to congratulate them on their call centre and help desk staff. Every call and especially every single email was always replied to and they would always be available to help and advise with whatever information or guidance we needed. Sometimes several times a day! I would like to make special mention of Rachel and Nats. They have both been fantastic througout. Thank you guys. You guys offer a great product and service!
