Definitely worth the price
Paid for the whole course and exam and exam retake if needed. The learning portal was easy to navigate with learning materials set at three different levels: easy, medium, hard. All of these are questions set to what you have just learned. Mock exams are just like the real thing.
When sitting the real exam it was a very easy process to identify who I am and videoing my exam room as well

Good experience
Pass functional skills was a great route to go down to get my lvl2 English done, and I passed first time! All the revision was easily accessible and gave great tips for the exams. I was surprised at workbooks and past papers that got sent in the post too, they’re great for people that don’t like online work. I’ve got asd and I liked that this company sends instructions on what to expect for the exams and extra guidance. This is a great way to get your functional skills done.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience with this company, the customer service team were always helpful and the course gave me all the resources I needed to pass! I did both my Functional Skills level 2 in English and Maths to get into university and passed both first time after studying for a few weeks, exceeding the pass mark - this is after struggling for years at school to pass! I would recommend this course to anyone needing their Maths and English.

Platform was great!
I really liked the platform as it was user friendly and gave you lots of different task options to build your skill set. I did functional skills maths level 2 and I really do not think I would have passed without the platform. I did not give it a 5 star only because some past papers were not interactive, which were far more useful in getting you used to the format for the exam itself.

they were adamant that I had to use zoom, even after me telling them numerous times that I couldn't use zoom on my works computers due to the firewalls we have in place.

Hi Neil, we're sorry to hear that you are not able to use Zoom for your exam. For our Open Awards exams, we unfortunately only use Zoom, so are unable to use a different video call software. We do, however, offer exams with TQUK, a different exam board, where the invigilation is automated, so you do not need Zoom to do this. If you contact our exams team at help@passfunctionalskills.co.uk, they will be able to provide more information on this.

I booked my English Functional skills…
I booked my English Functional skills lvl. 2 over the phone and the support and information received was helpful. I was able to ask the support team questions online and would normally have a response within 24hrs. I found the online contents for studying easy to use and was given marks once completing each module or mock. This all helped boost my confidence and was able to pass and complete my exams within 4 months. I received my exam results within 2-3 working days. All in all, the service with Pass Functional Skills was outstanding and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to pursue obtaining their English or Maths qualifications.

A clear and easy to navigate path. Everything needed to learn and revise in your own time is there, including the option to purchase additional one to one tuition if needed. I cannot recommend my tutor Chris Thorpe enough. He immediately recognised my learning style and weak spots and patiently worked with me and encouraged me. I went from someone who could only answer one or two questions on the initial assessment before giving up, to not only a pass but me actually enjoying maths within a few short months!

Just go for it
Without this opportunity i wouldn’t have been able to do a dream job. Pass functional skills were helpful, they respond quickly, results are delivered sooner than expected and it is professional. I chose to do the maths course and the exam and completed all of the course, many mock exams and i passed level 2 functional skills math within a month. Scoring 80%. i would recommend the course 100%. I did remote invigilating and i have no complaints. it was easy to navigate, straight forward. It was stress free. Thank you so much pass functional skills.

An excellent platform for learning
I didnt need this for my career as i have an amazing one even though I only got D's but wanted to do it for myself as circumstances at the time didn't enable me to pass 40 years ago. The PFS is so easy to work through in your own time, with lots of support tools. You can choose your exam board as well.

I was extremely pressed for time to do the English exam when I found this provider.
The representative that I spoke on the phone was nothing short of excellent. He booked me in on the day and explained the process in a clear and precise manner. During the revision period i received a number of very useful resources that included mock tests, which was very helpful. The online set up was also very straight forward. I got my results in time and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this provider for great customer service, good revision resources and speed in giving the exam results.

Exceptional platform for all ages
Booked course and exam for english and maths, for my 15 year son, who has been home educated. He completed the course, excellent content which is marked. Mock exams on the exam platform to practice - sadly these were not marked but useful to try the exam layout.
Booking very easy with responsive customer care.
Booking the speaking exam had not been clear and so we booked with just 7 days notice but the instructions were clear once received and a topic given to consider in advance.
Really excellent reliable package as an alternative to gcse english and maths - advised by college for entry onto level 3 course.
The option to spread payment was an extremely helpful feature, meaning I could spread cost over 3 months.
Fast results! Thank you PFS, my son passed every thing first time, a year early, gaining access to college one yr early.

I had a issue right off the bat and the customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly, super helpful and quickly sorted the problem and even tried to get me some discount. I have completed maths and English level 2 though Pass and would recommend them for a quick. simple and helpful interface with great customer service.
