The goods were fine but the packaging could have been much better. A 'thanks for your purchase' note in the package wouldn't gave gone amiss.

Christmas present for my Mum
I happened to order some earrings, from the 'Pearl Gallery', for a belated Pearl anniversary present for my Mum, as well as for Christmas. Although I had ordered them admittedly later than usual, they had arrived very quickly. And might I add, the earrings were beautiful too! Excellent service and beautiful Tahitian pearl set
I enquired about some products on their website and did a web chat with one of the assistants. This was excellent and I received a prompt response regarding my enquiry. The shop assistant, Ritsuko was really helpful and assisted me in finding a matching Tahitian pearl pendant set - which I am delighted with. The staff and management at Pearl Gallery never fail to impress. I found a cage locket pendant that fits a pearl I purchased. I contacted the website and told them the size of my pearl. They sent me the larger cage locket. It was a reasonable price and came in 5 days to the USA! Trevor was great to work with!!
