Meeting a kindly expert
Had gifted pearls in drawer but didn’t know if they were the real deal. Should we insure them or was that unnecessary? A short conversation with friends in the jewellery quarter pointed us to this treasure trove of all things pearl. My string isn’t real but good quality costume jewellery - a conversation handled with great tact and diplomacy. I now have some idea of how to tell for the future, but a far better way would be to buy from here! Thoroughly recommend !

You will not be disappointed! I found this wonderful place online when looking for a jewellery shop to fix my precious pearl bracelet and I’m so glad I did ! Not only did they fix my jewellery but they did so in a remarkable time and manner that I just had to bring other pieces of jewellery that needed care! The staff are attentive and listen to your every request and take extra special care of your goods. The customer service is 10/10 and my jewellery looks better than ever! I’d like to give a shout out to Laura who has been taking care of my jewellery ever since and always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied.

Erik and Laura converted my vague ideas about the ring I wanted to give to my wife for our 30th anniversary into reality. The result is a truly unique white gold ring with a pearl and a diamond, which is much more than a piece of jewellery - it is an object of art. I visited the pearl gallery on the 19/11/19, and was met by Evelyn, she was lovely, efficient and very helpful, she re strung my beautiful pearls, along with renstringng me two necklaces, made me two bracelets and a pair of earrings out of beads that were very sentimental to me, it took less than 24 hours, the quality was perfect, the service was 10/10, I would highly reccomend this company as they went far beyond the normal.
Well done Evelyn, you are a credit to the company.
Also a very big Thankyou to Eric as he was so kind to my mother in law who wanted her 65 year old engagement ring resizing due to weight loss, he also resized her omega watch/ bracelet as it was loose, he did this so quickly again within 24 hours, yet again fabulous service. She was delighted and so thankyou as feared losing these items. That day was a lovely day as I found a company that does what they can to help a customer from another country who was only visiting for a few days.
I highly recommend this company for quality and service.
