After 6 weeks of using the serum I noticed my bald crown filling in, there is still a few patchy areas after 3 months.

After reviewing this product based on what advertisements show before trying it, and basing their product amount from a similar brand that I did try I can honestly say I was wrong. So apologies for that Peptonix. My only critiques are it took 3-4 weeks to get to me (but sent a 20% discount for taking so long), and a couple of the adverts do show massive bottles (unless they are tiny people). Other than that you get enough new heads for all treatments at no extra cost, the serum is plentiful in nice full bottles and will more than cover a head twice over in my opinion which is what you want. I had a similar product that cost more than this send 0.5-1ml per treatment. So this is cheaper, a lot more serum, more heads and I’d say better strength ingredients as well. Will definitely be sticking to these.

Buyer beware this peptonix product doesn't work. Don't waste your money! I also found the no questions asked guarantee is misleading. They want to see before and after phots month by month. Offering 50% refunds.
Update after some considerable effort I managed to get a full refund for the product.

I started using Peptonix a little while ago after a friend suggested it to me. At first, I was just applying it directly to my scalp since the microneedling tool hadn’t come out yet. I used it a few times, just rubbing it in consistently. Not long after, the lady who cuts my hair asked if I was using something new. I've been using this product going on 4…
I've been using this product going on 4 months (shampoo and serum) and seeing a slow but steady increase in hair. My little bald spot at the back of head is filling in and I'm quite pleased (so far) with the results. However, I was (and still am) disappointed in how long it took to ship and arrive. I didn't appreciate their excuses when I complained.

Good product with a few service issues
I sent two messages within 30 minutes of my latest auto order placement to request delay or cancellation with no response. It shipped the next day and their policy is no refunds post shipment on subsequent orders. Be careful when subscribing.
Update: Customer Service did reach out after the shipment confirmation, going above policy to increase customer satisfaction. Though the extra effort shouldn't have been needed, that they were willing to do what was needed to resolve strengthens product trust.
More direct account access, sooner notifications of upcoming shipments and easier options for adjusting upcoming orders would be appreciated. At every step, subscription commitments (brand loyalty) should be accompanied by conveniences, not headaches.

Been using this for a while now because…
Been using this for a while now because I didn't like minoxodil. It is too greasy and didn't see much differece tbh. I just seemed to be constantly in the shedding phase. So tried this instead. And it seems just as good, but without the greasy hair. Once it's dried it does make ur hair a bit crispy, but u can just rough it up with your hand and it's ok again. However, since I've been using this with micro needling, it definitely working much better. I've only needled about 3 times so far in the last 2 months, and in between I use this still. It'd filling in the gaps nicely. So now I have just ordered the micro needle peptonix to see how that works too. I've not received it yet, but will update if it works in a few months. If not, doin it separately will do me.

It works
I've noticed hair growing but not like the ads. I was quite thin on top and I can see some growth where it was non existence but I believe that this product would be better in the early stages of hair loss as a prevention.
