I was sceptical, dubious and blasé but the pictures don't lie and people are noticing that my bald patch is growing hair! Peptonix has done it. There is a cure for baldness and it's affordable!

Just to be clear: I havent received the product yet, so the experience is not about a product, but about customer support.
Unfortunately delivery service decided to drop a package just at the front door in Los Angeles in an apartment complex of 300 apartments, but put on the delivery note - handed personally.
Today customer service said that they will send a replacement shipment, which is great!
Giving 4 stars because they should probably use a more reliable courier service that places packages in the mailing room.

My roommate is using your serum
My roommate is using your serum. He has been bald since he was 30. He has never done anything for it until now. He’s 49 now. He does have some little hairs popping up. I heard about copper peptides being good for hair growth. Joe Rogan talked about it. I’ve tried, supplements and hair pills and some other oils. I was curious about y'all's micro infusion and the serum. I’m just so impressed by your team esp Anna. I don’t know her last name but she’s been so thorough and patient with me. I’m impressed because every time I try and reach out to people to get help or guidance I get ignored. Stopped shedding

So in light of this this the review will still remain 1 star and I would certainly not recommend the product or their support. Very very disappointing!

It’s not cheap, BUT…
I’m 63 and getting slow but very definite improvement in my thinning areas. I use the peptonix liquid dropper, peptonix shampoo AND a 3 mm derma stamp every night. I’m 4 months in, and will carry on for at least 6. It’s been worth the effort so far.

Good customer service
The Peptonix Serum did not quite work for me after my 90-day application. I requested the Money Back guarantee and customer service was really attentive and responsive to my request and I promptly receive the funds credited back to my card. The customer service was good and I always applaud companies that does right by its customers.
