Came across this website a few months ago. They have everything i seem to be looking for and more.
Their prices are the best among any other online shops. The most important is they are consistent. they don't go up and down but always stay Low.
The delivery took three working days which is satisfactory.

This is the first time I buy from the website, and definitely the last time!
I ordered on 22 November, and got email on 25th says my parcel has been shipped. However, it's already 17 December, and I have been still waiting for my parcel! I called the customer line so many times, but seems no one will pick up the phone forever. My first email has been sent more than one week ago, and did not get any reply at all. I sent the second email just now, and hopefully I can get any reply before Christmas. I will not recommend this website to anyone I know.

Do not trust this "Company". I paid £13.60 for a mascara, decent price for bare minerals, then after two weeks, two emails, numerous phones calls I was still unable to speak with anyone at PerfumeLover, I even contacted their sister company who denied all involvement with the company which was a lie (they share the same building). I went on to Facebook and found similar complaints, I then opened a complaint via PayPal only then did I receive a refund. I have concerns of the legitimacy of this company. DO NOT USE!!!

first I had doubts, but I trusted my instincts, and Perfumelover did not fail to deliver, in fact I received my perfume the next day tracked delivery and a very good price.

Why would their systems allow me to go all the way through order placement and payment and then 3 days later inform me that they do not ship outside of the UK? One idea for improvement, remove all countries but the UK from the countrylist on the shipping address form - then most people would get the hint.

At least the Money was refunded without fuss after a few days.

I purchased from Perfume Lover a week ago and I cannot fault anything about their service. I purchased some Elemis skincare products from them but was unsure as to which product would suit my skin type so I decided to call the number provided on the site. Not only did the lady provide me with great advice she also explained how and when to use them. My order arrived 2 days later with samples of other Elemis products and a travel size of an Elemis body product.
I cannot fault anything and will definately use them again.

I was extremely satisfied with the service perfumelover.co.uk provided for me. I was searching online everywhere for aftershaves at good prices, and I found PerfumeLover the best website compared to all the others. Their prices were much better than the high street stores too! They even had other products on the website at great prices so I was even tempted into purchasing those. The service was brilliant, I received my delivery within a couple of days and everything was fine. I'm looking forward to seeing what will be on offer in the upcoming months, especially with christmas round the corner.

I was looking for an aftershave for my boyfriend when i came across PerfumeLover.co.uk. They had the best prices compared to all other retailers, hence i decided to shop with them.
I must say i was plesantly surprised at the speed of the delivery and the FREE samples included in my parcel.
I definitely will be shopping for all my christmas presents at PerfumeLover as they offer great savings.

Highly recommended, 1 minor concern was the jiffy envelope which wouldn't protect my order if it had been thrown about - padded box would have been better. Great otherwise though

Good price, good communications and fast delivery were let down by poor packaging. A jiffy bag for a bottle of perfume is not good enough. How it arrived unbroken is a miracle.
