I've purchased a £500 Currys e-cards at Perks at Work but it's not working!! After using the link to "open my e-card" it's saying £0 value on the e-card!! I need someone to contact me asap, the £500 charge is showing on my credit card statement. This is a fault with currys e-cards purchased from Perks at Work website - the problem has not been resolved I am still out of pocket by £500!!
Thank you Perks at Work for stepping in and getting this resolved for me. The fault was with Currys due to a failed order and had wiped the funds from my e-card, which has now been reinstated.

Bought tickets for odeon de luxe, then went on odeon de luxe website and tickets were cheaper than what I had paid. Bearing in mind they advertise at checkout that you are getting a discount. Dishonest practice and will be complaining to ombudsman.

Their support team provides excellent service and is very responsive. There have been a couple of instances with hotel reservations that have required customer support and their responsiveness was quick and thorough. Their internet site is easy to use and intuitive.

I tested Perks at Work with three products and services. For the first, British Airways, the link wouldn't work, even after more than one attempt. For the second, Garmin, the Perks price was exactly the same as the non-Perks Garmin price. For the third, HelloFresh, the Perks price was again exactly the same as the non-Perks HelloFresh price. The difference with Perks at Work is that it required a fair amount of my data and involved lots of time-consuming clicking and web forms. This is essentially a scam.
