Melissa is really passionate to help her clients. She is the best travel agent we’ve ever worked with.
She has helped us to choose a country and a very nice hotel that still had a good swimmable beach in November. We had lots of criteria about the hotel and location, as it was our first trip with a small baby. And Melissa ticked all of them off. Even when we arrived and realized that an upgrade at the spot is more expensive (lesson learned for the future), Melissa reached out to the hotel and has managed to negotiate a better price.
Melissa was really interested to know if we are enjoying our stay.
We will keep using her services as it’s much more convenient and cheaper to book with her. She booked direct flights that otherwise we couldn’t find anywhere, as the season was over. And the transfer was good and well organized.

We live in Canada and were referred by contacts in The Netherlands to contact Fokelien Rijnja at Personal Touch Travel to book a side trip to Prague and Budapest while visiting The Netherlands.
From beginning to end the process was seamless, efficient, courteous, and well priced / organized.
During the visit to Prague, the booked hotel was below expected standards. After contacting Fokelien Rijnja on a Saturday, she immediately went into action, arranged a change of hotel to a much better one and closer to the Old City, all within hours and during here weekend time off. She followed up with us on flight departures to and from Schiphol to Prague and Budapest by WhatsApp, assuring us of a smooth and timely departures and arrivals. Train tickets between Prague and Budapest as well as taxi services in all locations were well organized and timely. I would suggest that after my many years of traveling for business and personal reasons, Fokelien is one of the best travel agents I have encountered.

Sylvia found the perfect accommodations for our family and Amsterdam. She arranged for a private coach to transport 16 of us to various locations around Holland.

We had the plessure of doing business with Bianca our contact in The Netherlands. She was of great help and guided us perfectly. Her communication skills and way of helping and assisting us was absolute perfection. We would like to keep intouch with her and possibly plan our next trip also with the use of her expertise.

Fabulous holiday in Thailand and Hongkong planned by Patricia. In a very short time she organised 3 weeks with multiple locations, flights, accommodations and guided tours. Everything worked out perfectly with some unexpected and memorable highlights which we would not have found and done on our own.

An amazing experience and trip! My husband and I got to experience the culture and the sites in true fashion! We had a a lovely time in Rome, a well organized trip with a great support of Sylvia from Personal Touch Travel, which will not be easy for arranging trip for 2 families of 7 people otherwise. Aligning expectation on choice of the hotel can be improved better for the next trip..

We had the best week ever in Portugal. I booked this holiday through Personal Touch. I booked this trip at the last moment as I was really busy, had no time to explore all the possibilities.

I live in the United States. For 4 nights, I woke up at 4:00 (PST) to try to obtain a reservation at Vuurtoreneiland for a wedding anniversary because they only release new reservations at 13:00 (CET). I had no success. I was put in contact with Karin Bakker at Personal Touch by a friend. While Personal Touch does not normally book restaurant reservations, she could sense my despair and called on my behalf. I now have a reservation to Vuurtoreneiland and my wife is extremely happy. Thank you Karin Bakker.
