Looks good and is sturdily made
Looks good and is sturdily made. However, when used on the front loop, the harness slips to one side. This is disappointing as I bought this to help deter my mini dachshund from pulling on the lead.

Poor Customer Service .
I made two orders and they were delivered out of sequence. As a result I sent back the wrong order. Eventually it all sorted itself out but Petbright were awful.
Worth noting there is no insurance on your return parcel and Petbright clearly think about profits over customer relations.
The best test of a company is how they behave when things go wrong - Petbright failed miserably!

As you know the issue arose due to you sending two parcels back using the same returns label for both, resulting in one of the parcels getting lost in the Royal Mail system and not reaching us until much later. All we did was try and help you in the process and didn't act improperly at all, refunding you for both returns as soon as we received them. I don't see how any company could've handled the situation in a different manner.

Brilliant light collar
Our light up collar for our dog is amazing. It's really bright and so far the charge lasts ages. Quick delivery too especially as it was Christmas time when we ordered. Would recommend.

Great led collars
Brilliant led collars and their adventure harness has a big enough handle to safely lift the dog. Only very slight issue is collar sizing. I bought the medium in both types of led collars, the plastic clip one fits great. The buckle one is too big even at smallest setting. Might be helpful to note on sizing that they differ quite a bit.

Good strong harness
Excellent service, harness is well made, strong and supportive, it fits well and looks good on. My dog still pulls on the lead but that is more down to my dog than the harness. I wouldn’t hesitate but to recommend.

I bought two harnesses for my baby…
I bought two harnesses for my baby rottweilers and they broke within days of delivery. I contacted petbright and they replaced the harnesses. The replacement harnesses have since broke and FRANCIS at petbright customer suppory refuses to replace them. Basically the harnesses are not fit for their intended purpose. I would not recommended petbrights harnesses to anyone. I am very unhappy
