An excellent collar for dark winter…
An excellent collar for dark winter walks. Exactly as described, it is well made and effective. I chose the red colour and the lights show up really well in the dark, without being so bright that they hurt the eyes. Its very first outing was a ridiculously wet walk and it was well tested by my very active spaniel- it worked perfectly even when soaked and has been faultless since. Delivery was quick and returns process was smooth (my fault, I ordered the wrong size). Highly recommended.

Great Purchase!!
Put this on our dog the first evening after the clocks changed. Lots of compliments from fellow dog walkers. It has proved invaluable as we can see her when she is off the lead and goes into the trees and bushes. Well worth the money.

Petbright the best I have found.
After searching for a new collar which has lights for the dark evening walks, I am really happy to discover petbright. It's great to have the lights built in to the collar and not just the flimsy alternatives. The battery is recharged at the plug and I like the quick release/snap action collar. It's a fair price and after a month of use it looks like it will certainly take us through to next spring. Thanks petbright.

Good harness and good service.
Harness was very good considering it is reasonably priced. I have a dog that lunges strongly and this harness holds well. I sometimes have to lift the dog and the hold strap is excellent.
I wanted to exchange the size I had bought and this was done without fuss. I shall use petbright again for products and good service

Great buy for peace of mind

Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that our tear stain remover isn't doing the trick for your dog. One thing I would note though is that sometimes, if your dog has had bad tear stains for a while, the fur underneath can become permanently dyed and this will need to trimmed. Then our remover can be used to clean away any future build up and prevent this happening again.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm glad that you like your collar but sorry to hear about your disappointment with regards to the lights being dots. We do try to make this clear in our photos but apologise that it has not come across well enough. With regards to the reasoning behind the lights being dots rather than continuous, this allows us to use lights that are much more powerful and can be seen from a much greater distance than a continuous light strip, whilst also allowing us to use one's thin enough that they can easily pass through the resizing clip. We hope that you enjoy the collar regardless and thank you enormously for your custom.
