After initial purchase of tickets I was not contacted again to be notified of the competition being drawn or who the winner was. Other similar companies offer a far more professional service.
This review was honest. Email correspondence between a business and their clients helps keep them updated on what’s going on. People do not have time to constantly log onto social media. I stand by that other companies offer a better service. And also, less moody responses to constructive criticism that should be adhered to if you want to be taken seriously in a market that is already becoming crowded.

Hi Alex,
The date the competition closed was there for you to see when you purchased your tickets, the entry lists and time of the live draw where also posted on Facebook on that date prior to the draw taking place.
The Live draw was done on Facebook ( you need to change your settings if you want to be notified of anyone going live!)
A video of live draw was uploaded to Facebook along with the video of us calling the winner.
There was also a post announcing both the winners of that evenings draws and a post on Monday of the guy collecting the KTM.
There is also a WINNERS section on our website with all the previous winners details,
We have thousands of customers that don’t seem to have had your issue, If you had taken a minute to look on our website or Facebook page it’s all there for you to see.
